What I am doing wrong? I am trying to select my new subscriber to fall into my “open house segment” but the “buyer” segment is automatically chosen and if I select the right one, I click “Continue” however it reverts back to “buyer”.

Good question.

Perhaps try using a new/different private browser.

We would need to see detailed screenshots with how your Zap steps are configured.

Are you clicking “Continue” in the editor step? Usually that takes you to the next step, so I’m curious where you see it reverting?

Definitely send us some screenshots (with no private info exposed) to help us help you 😀
