Trouble getting "posted" status invoices from ServiceTitan to trigger Zap instead of "pending' ones.

I am trying to create a zap when a new invoice is “posted” from ServiceTitan. My concern is that even the test jobs that show are pulling with a “pending” status.

I chose invoice instead of job because I am wanting to find sku items from the price book. 

Any help is appreciated!

Hi @MDunn 

Good question.

Try turning the Zap ON and testing live.

Then check your Zap Runs history details to see the DATA IN/OUT for each Zap step: https://zapier.com/app/history/

If that doesn’t work, then try adding a Filter as Step 2 in the Zap.

My concern is, even though I have listed for the first trigger to be a posted invoice, all invoices are being triggered. Therefore, is it going to trigger that invoice again once its status is posted? By adding the second filter, it is only avoiding me receiving the alert because the invoice status wouldn’t be posted, which is good. But how would that same invoice be triggered originally to start the zap / filter process over again?
