Is there a way to send an email from Gmail and have it trigger a particular Teamwork tasklist template?

Good question.

Please clarify which Teamwork Zap app you are trying to use.

You can search the available Zap apps here: https://zapier.com/apps

Each Zap app has a profile page that lists the available triggers/actions.

The the regular main Teamwork, not Desk or CRM. Thx!

I went through the options and couldn’t see a way to do it, but it may be it’s because I’m a beginner.

Here is how I see the Zap for the workflow that you have in mind:

  1. Trigger: Gmail - New Email OR New Email Matching Search
  2. Action: Teamwork - Create Task OR Add Task List From Template
