Hoping someone smarter than I can help.I am trying to send data to Salesforce and getting the below error. Account_Bric_C being the API name of our accounts page. The record could not be sent to Salesforce.Account_Bric__c is too long, should only be a maximum of 18 characters. What am I trying to do?I am trying to push data from iAuditor to Salesforce. Once an audit is completed in iAuditor Zapier will push all relvant data to Salesforce creating a new record on our Audit page. What wont work?Linking the audit to the account in Salesforce. Because Account (in salesforce) is a Lookup field I need to use the GUID of each Salesforce account found in their URL. I’m finding typing the account name in manually or pulling the EXACT account name as it appears in Salesforce from a field in iAuditor will not work.Is there a way for this to work?
Hello Zapier experts! New to Zapier, and somewhat new to Trello. Looking for a Zap that will copy a Trello board at the start of each month. I’m using free versions of each application. I’ve tried doing this through Trello alone, and haven’t found a way other than upgrading and creating templates, which I’d rather not do. I see there’s a “copy board” Zap, but I can not for the life of me figure out how to make it occur, say, on the last day of the month, so that I’m ready for the start of the next month’s task list.Thanks for any insights!!
I’m trying to connect the zap to the app names Carcom. It’s a payment app.I put the URL of the webhook in the Cardcom app. but when I try to make a zap to pass some fields into google shhet I get lost. It does not bring the fields of the cardcom app. I don't understand what I do wrong.
I am trying to set a zap that creates a new entry on a specific monday board every time a salesforce opp is closed won, I am getting this error but after checking 5 times all the field names for the columns in Monday are correct and case sensitive any help would be greatly appreciated! as a side note I tried it at first just with the first column “numbers” and it worked fine only when I added the rest did I get this error

I go through a 3-step Zap: Mark Task on Asana as Complete Find Task on Todoist Mark Task on Todoist as Complete I’m a beginner on Zapier, and I think that I’m missing a parameter. Hello people!I’m trying to connect Airtable and Webflow. The goal is to build a gallery with different products.I keep gettings this error.I think it’s because the slug field is required, so it must be filled. I just don’t know what to connect it to. This is what I have in WebflowAs you can see the field is mandatory But I’m not a developer, I have no idea what information should be there. Any ideas?
I am setting up a Zap and running into a 409 error. Any ideas on how to fix this? Trigger1. New Contact in Zillow Tech Connect Action2. Create Contact in Keller Williams Command - this is where the 409 error states duplicate email address. If I archive and then delete the sample contact in KW Command the error still occurs.

Hi Team, Working with a client in which I built a Zap that contains multiple steps and API calls. Recently there were some fails due to an API limit on the pricing plan they selected. The pricing plan was changed and their API limits were removed. However, I need to rerun a few steps before the failed step. Not necessarily the trigger but after the trigger. Any suggested workaround? Thanks again for the support!
Hi, I am connecting my CRM (Active Campaign) to a learning management system (FreshLMS.) Whenever there is a contact added to a CRM list I want them to be added to the LMS and signed up for a class. I have a ZAP that goes -Whenever a contact subscribes to the CRM list-The contact is created in the LMS-The new contact is assigned to a specific course in the LMSthe issue is that when the contact already exists in the LMS it errors out with a “Error parsing response. We got: "firstname.lastname@example.org This email address already exist"(4 errors)”I get why it’s happening, tho how should I structure the zap so it doesn’t error out and successfully subscribes them to the course? Hi everyone, I’m new to Zapier and have spent a fair amount of time trying to work this out to no avail. I’m not very technically savvy, so if someone could break this down simply for me, that would be incredibly appreciated.I am converting emails to a new document on Basecamp.I have everything set, except the attachment comes out as a very long string of text: I would like to format the attachment in the clearest way possible, ideally by replacing it with just the original file’s name. I have tried using the formatter, but I’m not entirely sure what tool to use and the changes I have experimented with so far don’t seem to change it - although maybe I am doing this wrong! Thank you,
Hey folks,I’m having some trouble setting up a Zap to automatically add a specific attendee every time a new Calendly invitation gets recorded in my Google Calendar.My desired outcome is given below:Every time someone schedules a meeting through through my Calendly link, I receive an email about the scheduling + a calendar invite is added automatically. When (1) happens, I want another person to be automatically added as an attendee to the invite received in (1). So here’s the problem I’m facing. Hello,I have a jotform which outputs to a google sheet, this google sheet is the trigger for my Zapier which writes the information to my Firebase Real Time Database. So far so good. The jotform has an audio upload element that ends up in the google sheet as a direct download link. I need this audio file to end up in my firebase storage system and for the realtime database to point to its path to complete my automation. Any help and advice would be greatly appreciated. HiJust been told that one of our zaps isn't sending attachments from Airtable to ZendeskThe zap works without any failures but when I checked it (someone else created it), it had in the “set up action section two partsEnquiry This is a test ..airtable form Attachment[[thumbnail]] - this had a little cog next to itI accidently deleted the second bit and now dont know how to send the attachment or a link to the attachment in Airtable to Zendesk.It had stopped working anyway and the only working examples were just he url as text.How do I add this code back or roll back my change and view what is in the little cog bit?Sorry total newbie and thanksPS As I said before the ZAP works without errors and sends all data to Zendesk except the attachment or attachment url

When setting up an action to send an event to the Facebook Conversion API, when trying to select the Facebook pixel, I get an error that says “The app returned "(#2635) You are calling a deprecated version of the Ads API. Please update to the latest version: v9.0.".
