Question

Freshdesk to Notion Zap is creating new page instead of updating the existing one.

hello. 
here’s my scenario.

When I try to update my freshdesk case. I would expect that the existing notion page should just be updated. However, it creates a new page in notion. 

 

is there any way, that when we update the freshdesk case - it will just update the existing page in notion on the same freshdesk ID/page?
