Hello, I have been having trouble recording phone number info from open when receiving incoming messages. The phone number doesn’t transfer over properly, making it difficult to pull up someone’s record id. When I collect outgoing messages, the phone data is formatted correctly. I also don’t want the record to collect my number but the numbers from the received text. How can I account for group chats? Having multiple numbers in one field also makes it difficult to collect record ids.
