I have boards in monday.com that users use to submit requests. 

I have zaps that take that info and create a ticket in Autotask. Once the ticket is created, how can I retrieve the ticket number from Autotask to update monday.com?

Good question.

The Autotask Zap step should return a Ticket ID.

Then you can use this Zap action: Monday - Change Multiple Columns Value
