I am trying to connect my Constant Contact account to Zapier for Lion Desk. It keeps pulling the wrong Constant Contact account (I have multiple). How can I switch out the current account linked in Zapier for the one I need to be connected to?
I have my zap that connects Stripe & Mailchimp. I need to transfer some user details along with Description Data Which is important. Based on the Description data the people will get categorised in Mailchimp with Tags. But sadly My Zap is not pulling the Description data. It is always set as null. Please let me know if any one have an idea how to fix it.Thank You!

Hey all,I’d like to set-up a trigger so that when someone starts a new subscription on Stripe, Zapier invites them to join my Circle community.What is not clear to me is if the “new subscription” will only trigger when the subscription is active and payment is taken, or anytime a new subscription is created?As Stripe creates subscriptions even when the payment is incomplete or has failed.
I am trying to set up a simple ActiveCampaign trigger which fires when a deal moves to a specific deal stage.Besides all my efforts to isolate the trigger to just fire on “Deal Stage”, it fires multiple times when a deal is moved. Trigger: “New Deal Added or Updated in ActiveCampaign” I use a few filters to specify deal stage, pipeline & type (deal_update only, no new deals). I also added a Zapier action right after which updates a picklist value on the deal (“Contract Status”), so that I only trigger once. Filters: When moving a deal, the trigger fires twice still. I see in the Zap History that it first fires based on this update first: And only after this it fires again based on the deal stage: Unfortunately I cannot access “deal_updated_fields_0” inside the Zapier editor (which would essentially solve the issue by allowing me to set a filter). Does anyone have a solution to what seems like a pretty basic use case?

Please remember that this is a public forum and to remove any sensitive information prior to posting.Previously, my BOX Find a File step would generate shared links, most importantly a Shared Link Download URL. This was a critical sub-step, as I’d then use that Shared Link Download URL to upload the file to Uploadcare (which fed later steps). I’m not sure what changed but the creation of this link began getting very inconsistent and has now stopped working entirely. It constantly says: shared_link: null And then my Uploadcare step fails, bc there is no link to upload (its looking for Shared Link Download URL which used to get created but no longer does). Am I missing something? Do I need to modify a config either within Zapier or Box? Thanks in advance,Ben
So I am working on getting Trello cards to convert over to Todoist, which I have been able to figure out. What I cannot figure out is how to get todoist to mar cards as completed once they have been marked in Trello or how to add due dates in Trello that carry over to Todoist.

I have created a Zap that works like this: when a user buys a product on Hotmart, a role is immediately added to them in discord.The Zap is configured correctly, however it is obviously not working.It doesn't work since (as far as I understand) Zappier doesn't know the user's Discord, so it's obviously impossible for him to assign the role to him. So my question is: is it possible to make this work?
Hey, I’m attempting to try and find a way to keep tickets updated between the two platforms? I.e. when an agent updates a public note, it gets synced and updated between the two platforms. However, I can’t seam to get around Zendesk/Zapier only watching a single ticket at a time, I can’t seam to work with a variable or see a way in which, the following is done. Every 10mins → Check for updates on tickets with category of “xxx” → Update Halo Is anyone aware of a better way this can be done?

I’ve setup up the template “Create ClickUp tasks from Google Calendar events”, I’ve selected the calendar, ClickUp account and filled out all required fields. When I test it I get a 502 error. When I click “Troubleshoot error” I get a guide that says “Status Code 400 Bad Request” note from the guide, which doesn’t seem to apply to the problem. Also, is there any way to pass a space and folder value from the calendar event, rather than preselecting it in the Zap? Otherwise it can only create an event in a predetermined folder and space.Any help is appreciated.
I'm a newbie working with JSON. I'm trying to find out if I can do the below steps are possible with the "Retrieve Poll in Webhooks by Zapier" combined with the trigger EasyFTP action. 1. Login Endpoint via POST to retrieve authentication JWT token2. Report Endpoint via GET and using the token as header authentication (from 1) to obtain a CSV report3. Upload Response using the EasyFTP action to an FTP server I was able to successfully test 1 & 2 in Postman but the interface in Zapier is different and I don't know hoe to place the different variables.
Hello I am assisting a client setting up a zap automation. The goal is to create a new Jira ticket in the server after a new row is added to a google sheets spreadsheet. I was able to setup the connection to the Jira environment and confirm the test connection. I had no problem setting up the first step, the trigger when there is a new row added to the google sheet. All green checkmarks. The next step I added is creating issue in Jira Software Server. I selected Create Issue as the Event, selected the account, and then proceeded to the Set up action step. Here is where I get stuck. Clicking in the project field prompts an ‘Unable to load choices’ error message. I’ve shared a screenshot of the error. I have no problems if I have to choose from Custom. However I need to be able to select a project from Jira. Also many times step 2 doesn’t or takes too long to load. Regards

I have ran into a problem.I have created a zap between Clickfunnels to mailerlite I wanted this Zap to send whoever contact (not only to the new contact) my lead magnet.An “old contact” within my clickfunnel have requested this new lead magnet.I see her request within C/FThen, the email is not getting past Zap cause she ain’t a “new contact activity”I have tested aother and same problem. The point is: if they want the LM they will search throught their email and I have more chance of beeing whitelisted for the following workflow. The problem come (I think) from the drop down choice when creating a zap: new contact activity new purchase choice #3 (not relevant at this point)I would like “new AND old contact activity” to get my lead magnet. am I doing something wrong?Did anyone ever ran into this kind of problem? thanks! 😊
I cannot change the email address on my Zapier account. I get as far a the confirmation request email being sent to my new email account. When ever I click on the link to confirm the new email it goes to a 404 error page. I have tried different browsers, nothing works. Always the same 404 error page.Any ideas?
New to Zapier, and I have a client wanting to utilize SuiteDash for a lot of their management/administrative functions, including a bit of a CRM element as well. I’m assuming it’s fairly straightforward, but I’m hoping someone can confirm - is it feasible/fairly simple to hook up a Squarespace intake form/contact sheet to Suitedash CRM functionality with a Zap?

Hi,Does anyone know if there’s a way to have a basecamp event being added to the schedule trigger an event on multiple outlook accounts? I can connect my personal outlook, but then I am the only one that receives the outlook event. It doesn’t look like there is a field to add additional outlook emails either. Is there a way to set up multiple outlook accounts in one Zap or would I have to try a different method?
