I see that this person also had an issue adding a name field into mailerlite.

This was 4 months ago, will this be added by zapier? Is there any work around this?

You’d likely have to use the MailerLite API: https://developers.mailerlite.com/docs/subscribers.html#create-upsert-subscriber
