Hi,

I’d like to create a link out of information submitted through a form. The use case is the following

  1. Someone fills out a form at external lead form tool provider (Heyflow)
  2. A zap retrieves this information
  3. Some automation creates a URL of out this ← this is what I’m looking for
  4. The link will be stored in a Zapier table
  5. I can click on the link, ideally directly from a Zapier table

The URL will be something like:

sampleurl.com?name=[NAME]&address=[address]

I understood that there is the Zapier Formatter, but I couldn’t get it running in the way I wanted to.

Thanks a ton for your help :)

Hi @ssielmann

Good question.

You may need to use the Formatter to encode certain values to be used in the URL.

Formatter > Text > Encode

Here’s an example.

Awesome, this works perfectly. Thank you so much! Obivous follow-up question: How do I store this value in Zapier table afterwards?
