Hello community! I’m having this same problem: Zapier can’t find the DB connected, and I already have another Zap working (with the same DB’s). I Already do everything they said to do on this topic, and nothing is working. Right now I’m having this message saying:Unable to load choicesWe're having trouble loading 'Database' data. Bargle! There was a problem with the data returned from this step! Please contact support. Am I missing something or anything additional I can do? Thanks for your help!
I have created a zap to add our existing admin users to new projects. I have set it up to look for projects with an icon in them and then add our users.The steps make sense and they passed each test. However, it is not working.It may be a filtering thing but I would like another set of eyes on this to help me understand what I am missing.
Hello, I’ve made a Zap with GoogleDocs to fill a template with fields from Knack into a new document. That’s works well and promises lots of opportunities. I’d like the new document to automatically open as well and bring itself on focus on the screen, but I don’t see how to do that. As it seems so logically to me, it seems to be a basic function, but I’m just missing it. Is there any way to do it? Thank you in advance for taking some time to answer. Greets, Marco
Hi there guys, So I’m working with this business generating leads and they’ve given me admin access to their Zoho CRM. I am trying to trigger a message sent to me when an appointment is booked that matches my lead source. It is working, but for some reason I am sent 3 messages for each actual lead. Any idea what could be happening? Uploads are of the task being completed successfully (all from same lead) and the zap that I have setup
Hi everybody -I am new to Zapier so I apologize ahead of time for the newbie question.I have successfully connected my Square account to my Mailchimp account and successfully copied over a test transaction.However, one data point that is very important to me is the product ordered at Square. I want to send custom emails based from Mailchimp based on which product they ordered. This seems like a fairly common situation. If they ordered a physical product, I want to thank them via email for doing so and send them shipping info. If they order a course, I want to provide them course details via email etc.When I look to map the data coming from Square to fields in my mailchimp database, I see a Product field but all my recent transactions are “INVOICES” so I only see this one variant. That makes me think it could be more the source of the transaction rather than what was actually purchased.Can someone who is familiar with the Square integration confirm that the Product field coming from Squ
Has anyone had a real good play with this, I have used it on a few zaps and it has been great however I am looking for something quite specific and I cannot see how to do it:.Scenario:Time / date output from AirTable is in Zulu Time (example: 2011-08-12T20:17:46.384Z).I would like to run through the formatter and come out with say, “Friday the 11th at 10am”. Has anyone done something similar?
Almost all 3rd parties who send Webhooks want the webhook to be verified/validated one-time by having it return a key (such as secret_token) before it starts sending webhook events. I didn’t find any way to customize the response to Webhook after catching it - so we can validate/verify it first time only. I tried to add an action “Code By Zapied” after catching a Webhook but it looks like catching webhooks responds before the action is triggered and there is no way to customize the respnse. This is such as common use case and I am surprised it is not being asked much. I wonder if I am missing something. How is everyone able to Catch webhooks in Zapier without doing the initial verification/validation - as majority of apps sending webhooks require it? I read it in this forum that we need have another service to “front-end” incoming webhook - but that adds another layer - if I am getting hundereds or thousands or webhooks, I wonder the other front-end layer can slowdown the performance
Hi All,I’m looking for a way to transfer data from Google BigQuery to an SQL Server database. Is that achievable with Zapier? I signed up for the 14-day trial and when I go to create a new Zap the only options I see are to create or update a row in SQL Server but not copy table or query results or anything of that sort.Thank you!
Looking for insights on integrating Keap Pro to HubSpot for a client, who is asking for validation that it will work before they buy Zapier.The client represents a manufacturer that uses HubSpot to capture leads for the dealers. The dealers have to manually log in to the manufacturers HubSpot app to get their leads.Our client want to automate the process so they can automatically add the leads into their Keap Pro app.Any insights would be greatly appreciated.
Hi there, I created two zaps to automate between Clickup and Toggl creation of tasks. the first Zap creates a project on Toggl thanks to the one (list) created on Clickup The second zap creates a task on this project in Toggl when a new task is created on Clickup My concern is that the project is the issue as it has 2 different IDs between both apps. So when I create a 123456 project on Clickup it creates a 654321 on Toggl. This occures an error when the second zap is performed as it doesn’t find the project on Clickup. How would you perform this action ? I saw there is the “Filter” from Zapier but not sure it fits to this case ? Thanks a lot for any help :pray:
Hello, I set up Zapier to connect our gym software called Pike 13 to Zoom. The goal was to have our clients sign up for our zoom classes via the software. I completed this task on Saturday, May 30. I then set up the classes in Zoom, and placed the meeting registration link in the notes for each class. I tested the system 25 times, and it worked great, and the student received the zoom link upon registration. I also completely cleaned the Pike 13 schedule so that only the Zoom classes would show. This morning I got up and every Pike 13 class from last month now appears on Zoom, and each has their own meeting reg link. I turned off the zaps, and manually deleted the unwanted Zoom classes. The issue is also that Zapier created it’s own class in Zoom for the classes I have on the schedule for this week. These are classes in which I manually placed the Zoom link for the participants in the class notes, so they would receive it in their confirmation. As I mentioned, I have manually d
Hello, This was not easily identifiable and sorry if it is answered somewhere. I am trying to add or customize an existing App/integration that is publicly available. I went to try to create an integration from Twitter to Stocktwits. The problem with this now is that zapier is limiting the stocktwits post to 140 characters - which this previous limitation has since been increased on the stocktwits platform to allow for more characters. Is there an ability to utilize all of the work that has been done with Stocktwits (auth etc,) and customize the actions available? I also would like to extend or add an action for slack - again is this possible to pull n the pre-existing work already completed and extend functionality for my own use or others. I have a client who needs to automate communication between custom home builders and trades who bid on the custom home builder projects (after the home builder fills out the form with all the pertinent job information and checks off all the trades they need, we need these postings to be directly sent to the applicable trades in our contact list so they can bid). I’m assuming the workflow should look something like this:Either type form or google form is submitted by home builders with all applicable infomration (home builders will also check off boxes of the different trades they need, or potentially all of them) Submission information is pulled and put into Mailchimp campaign (the same campaign is sent out to all applicable trades) Send responses out to the applicable lists segmentsWe will be using Typeform or Google Sheets and Mailchimp, but definitely open to other suggestions if an easier workflow can be made!

Res.All I want something like Reverse trigger.. i.e. it will send an email only if a specific email is not received within specific time e.g. 15 minutesThe details are as follows I will setup my outlook to send an email every 15 minutes to Zappier. My outlook is flooded with VBA code. So if there is any mistake in the code it will hang and will fail to send the email to Zappier in time. So Zappier will be triggered if an email IS NOT RECEIVED FROM MY EMAIL ACCOUNT WITHIN STIPULATED TIME I hope you understand my problem.Is it possible? How?Thanks and regards

Hey everyone, I’ve been using Zapier integrations for a while now and i’ve been really happy with some zaps, while others don’t seem to work like they should be. The biggest problem i’ve been having is some of the zaps don’t trigger like they should. I have everything set up, run a test and the system works perfectly. Although when i turn on this specific zap and allow it to work like it should it doesn’t fire or send any of the information. When i go back in a check on the zap, everything looks ok. If i refresh the customer field to the new customer who should have triggered the zap and git test, all the info gets sent on the spot. Is there a reason why some of my zaps aren’t working automatically but when i go in and test the zap with the new triggered information it works fine. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
I’m trying to to use this for the first time and have run into trouble and can’t find any way to get some support. How do communicate with someone from Zapier to help me?Or I’ll try to explain what I’m doing if anyone can help me here. I’ve set up trigger : new purchase (in Kajabii, where I sell online course)I’m trying to set up action: create new user (in Talent LMS, where my course is hosted)In the action set up, it has pulled the Talent LMS form and requires me to fill in the fields. Name, email, password… I didn’t know what to put in there so i filled in john doe stuff. with email firstname.lastname@example.orgI did test action and it created the john doe user in Talent LMS —all the info I filled in the fields on the action set up. I clicked retest, and it said email was already being used. (the jdoe email I entered into the action set up)I did another test purchase from Kajabi and nothing went to Talent LMS. I’m stuck. Don;’t know how to find some help. Articles aren’t cutting it.
