I've established the connection between HubSpot and JIRA. Whenever a new ticket is created in HubSpot, JIRA generates a corresponding ticket with the configured details. However, there's an issue with real-time synchronisation of comments. Updates made in JIRA tickets are not reflecting accurately in HubSpot and vice versa.
