We have a Zap set up to create receipts in Quickbooks and want to change the account that the funds are deposited into. When looking through the accounts to select, the specific depositing account we want does not show up. I have tested the connection to Quickbooks and that is working. Any suggested troubleshooting for this?

Can you post screenshots of the Zap step and field where you are having the issue?


Step #6 is where the issue is happening. 


Deposit to Account is where we are unable to load the correct account from Quickbooks.

Can you show screenshots in the Zap Edit mode along with the list of available list of options for the field?
