Hi, I’m trying to integrate a csv from amazon S3 with a google sheet. The zap: When the S3 file updates,find or create a row in a specified google sheet. I created an “Index” column in both the google sheet and the S3 csv file, but when I want to specify the “lookup value” in the S3 file (named Index as well), the zap doesn’t actually open the csv, but only allows to specify things like Name / File / File name / Metadata. Naturally, if the zap doesn’t know it needs to look for the Index column in the S3 csv, it won’t be able to update the values correctly. This should be pretty straightforward, what am I missing? I have created a zap to add/update records in mailchimp when records are added or edited in Airtable. When I test the zap, Zapier says it works but it doesn’t. The information appears to flow correctly from Airtable to Zapier but no new records are created or existing records are edited in Mailchamp
Hi. I’m a newbie trying to set up a zap from Excel (source: OneDrive) that will create a new page in samepage.io when I add a new row in a spreadsheet. It “finds” my data and I have it working on the samepage side, but only for a specific row - not for a new row. I think it’s because the fields I see when setting up the zap are not just the column name, but include column data. Here’s my trigger set up: It sees my data, but is not recognizing column names. Here’s what my Excel looks like (and filter/no filter didn’t seem to matter): How can I get it to see the column names? I want it to “select” only the bold text below, not they gray text, so that each time I create a new row (with new data in Assessment, User, etc.) it zaps me a new page in samepage: Thanks! Liz
I want to connect WooCommerce to GetResponse. I need a zap set up so that when someone signs up for a subscription (yes I have that plugin already) a specific one, because we have at least 10... I need for them to get added as a contact in a specific GetResponse list. If I can do this then i need to set up similar zaps for different subscriptions/memberships to different GR lists. I have a zap that sends an automated text if someone calls but does not leave a message. Sort of a “Sorry we missed your call ...” message Sometimes people call/hang-up/call again and I don’t want to be a pest by sending them the automated text each time. My thought was to create a google sheet w/ a log of the phone numbers that have been texted, then check that sheet and only continue if the number is not found. So … Trigger - Call received Lookup Spreadsheet Row in Google Sheets If Row exists - terminate If Row does not exist Send Text Add Row to Spreadsheet with phone # However, this doesn’t seem to work. If the row doesn’t exist, it terminates. Any thoughts on how to accomplish this?
Hi! In the past I have created a zap with Gotowebinar and Google Sheets. Today that zap is not used. But today I need to create a differente Zap with Goto webinar using a differente Gotowebinar account/credential. If I disconnect Gotowebinar and I create new zap, in the conneconnection zapier use the old gotowebinar account. How can I use a new user?

Hey guys, thanks for Tweeting me the other day! I am working on automating my CMS in webflow and have tried various options over the last few days using Zapier. One collection item for example, is pulling in articles from various sources. I was originally trying this with web scrapers but they are a bit too buggy for my liking and require a lot of quality control. So now I am trying RSS, like it’s 2006. I have tried getting articles from Feedly via Zapier - that Zap works but only partly - it doesn’t pull in the full article, only a few sentences followed by an elipsis and a link to the ‘full article first appeared on ***.com’ (perhaps a copyright kind of feature - I will of course be crediting them though). At the moment my best option has been getting Feedly to send html files of the documents to Dropbox, then getting Zapier to put them into Webflow, however even with the formatting Zap I am unable to pull the specific fields desired, as per a normal blog ie. Main image and thumbn
I know that two-way syncing isn’t something that’s currently available, but is it possible to set up a zap where a field update on a Salesforce Case results in an update on an existing Jira Issue (and vice versa)? Or can zaps only be set up to create new Jira Issues/Salesforce Cases? Our use case is the need to be able to update the “Status” of a Jira Issue directly in Salesforce.

I am working to build a custom app integration in Zapier and I am using Scripting API for managing pre poll & post poll functions. The poll URL is returning response status code 200 but content is null. If i use that same API URL in sample PHP code then it is returning content with status code 200. Im Trying to connecgt google sheets to firebase firestore. Im trying to combine multiple columns to form an array in the db. But I dont see an option to choose the datatype of the data being store. All the fields are stored as string. In the below example, I want to store imag_url as an array.

Everyday I get an email with a link to a report of how much my trucking company spent on fuel. I download that CSV doc to my computer and then drag and drop it into a CSV block in Airtable and all the transactions get added. How can I automate the downloading the document and adding it to Airtable?
I have created a zap when a person is tagged in Infusionsoft, they are created as a new member in Wishlist member on my Wordpress site. Hello, For a project I seem to be running into limitations with the MySql integration with Zapier. The first one is no having the option to run a custom query to update the database, because of that it takes about 10 steps to update my database instead of just one with the help of a stored procedure. I tried to use an update stored procedure with find row by a custom query but sadly it’s read-only. secondly, I would love to do the same things with views as we currently can do with tables, so things like updating and selecting can take fewer steps. Does anyone have tips?
I have a collection of Spotify playlists that artists submit their songs for consideration. Each time I receive a new submission, a Google sheet is updated with the relevant information. Once I have decided which playlist the song will added to, I add a tag which I hoped Zapier could send to Mailchimp to distribute a specific email to each person who submitted. I setup individual zaps for each playlist so when the trigger contained the exact keywords, it would send the tag to mailchimp. Unfortunately in the second part at “only continue if” when testing it says it has a “missing value”. I do not alway add a keyword to each cell in the selected column from Google sheets as can be seen below. Column e is where I add the keyword. How can I fix this as I setup for it only to trigger for the keyword “no” when the text exactly matches it.
