How do I email an attached image using the Twitter "User tweet" Trigger?

Hey there! Just popping in to summarize some of the suggestions here for anyone following along and struggling with a similar issue:

Did you try changing your trigger test data?

You can search for a file URL (http...) OR a file might be indicated by (file exists but not shown).

    Thanks for answer Troy.

    I may have not been clear as trigger User Tweet in Twitter  has no field File.

    I am unable to find the right field that contains either the image file shared in tweet or at least the url to the shared image (if twitter simply pulls the image from that url and displays it)
