Hi, My tasks ran out on free plan and I decided to upgrade but I still have 0 tasks. My ZAP is a simple webhook, google sheets search, google sheet update row. There are no possible loops. Quite urgent for me as I have got my skills to where I want to present to my first possible client and go commercial. BTW, thanks a million for Taking Friday 5 June off Your thoughtfulness is really appreciated!!!!
So I have a Google Form and in that form are 4 sections. Depending on what a user selects in a drop down in Section 1, determines if they fill out information in Section 2, 3 or 4. Once the form is completed, I have it sending an e-mail to an administrator on my team, but the e-mail contains fields from ALL 3 sections (2, 3, and 4) with two of the sections being blank because the user is only asked to fill out one section based on their response. What I’d like to have happen: User Selects Option 1 - E-mail 1 gets sent User Selects Option 2 - E-mail 2 gets sent User Selects Option 3 - E-mail 3 gets Sent How can I do this? Thanks!
Would like to copy newly created dropbox files to another service INCLUDING files in subfolders. As we can’t do it now, I assume a limitation in the API… any updates coming/planned? (I’d like to monitor a whole folder structure and grab all files in it - even prepared to manually replicate the folder structure on the target first if necessary) thanks
Hi there :) I hope someone could help me on this issue. I tried to setup a Zap that saves the PDF attachment of emails with the label “invoice” in my gmail into a specific GDrive folder. Issue: What it does instead is creating a new Google doc file in GDrive with the content of the PDF file? What am I doing wrong? Hi, I have a issue with my custom fields. On my zap I create Spreadsheet Row(s) in Google Sheets but I don’t find my custom fields (EAN number, for example) included on woocommerce product variations. How can I retrieve this data to include it in my excel sheet? Thank you so much!
I am trying to create a zap with the following steps: A Google Form response is received A new Google Doc is created from a template A Trello card is created that includes a link to the newly created Google Doc The last step is what is giving me trouble. I have set up a zap that will create a new Google Doc with responses to a Google Form, then a Trello card will be created also using the responses from that Form. However, I cannot figure out how to ensure that the Trello card contains a link to the newly created Google Doc. Does anyone have any advice?
Hello all, I want to send an email every time an event is added to an Office365 group calendar. I have other Zaps, so my Office 365 account and my Outlook accounts are already connected. But I can’t see all of my calendars in either the Office 365 integration or the Outlook integration. In the Office 365 integration, there’s no option for “Group” calendars in the calendar group dropdown. And the group calendars don’t show in the available options. In the Outlook integration, group calendars do not show in the Calendar dropdown. Does the group calendar option just not exist?
Hi! I’m trying to build a series of Zaps to push data from different sources to an Airtable. What I’m hoping to do is have, in certain cells, data *added* to cells when a record is updated -- instead of overwriting the data in the existing cell. There doesn’t seem to be a natural way to do this; I was curious if there was syntax I could add to a field to make it additive? Or another tricky solution? Thanks!

Workflow I have a Folder that a program generates files every hour. We need to keep these files and will organize them by date Each Day we create a folder for the day and drag the days items into the folder Each Month we put all day folders into a month folder. Zapier Help We have Created a Zap that generates a new folder every day at midnite How do we move new files into the daily folder (keeping in mind that the folder is a different one daily)? How Can we move the months worth of files into the month folder at the end of the month?
Hi I have a Zap triggered when adding a Google contact. I want to to create a client and project in Toggle. The Client creates OK using the Google Contact Company Name. When I create the Project as another step, I’m trying to specify the client for the new project by using the Google Contact field as in the previous step. This doesn’t work. The project is created without a client. When checking the action in the Zap step the “Client Field” has been removed. Any idea’s?
Hello. Greetings from Mexico City. Hope you are safe. I’m trying to create my first Zap using rows from a Google Sheet and issuing a Badge in Badgr. I have not been able to include my Badgr credentials. I am able to login to my Badgr issuer account on the pop up window, but there is no way to save my credentials to Zappier. Any ideas? Thanks Ana
Hi. I am having problems with a charity Instagram to Discord Zap. I am trying to send pictures from the Instagram page of a scout group to a discord page. I have the link working and it sends over fine and the picture appears in the selected discord channel, it is only displayed for around a second before reverting to a web link however. Any suggestion would be appreciated. Thanks Glen
I’m building a calendar search which will, from time to time correctly yield no results. That is, I’ll search for calendar entries within a certain timeframe which may or may not find any items. If it finds one, fine. Everything works as I expect. But if there are NO calendar entries during that timeframe, the zap halts on an error - at least when I’m editing. Does anyone have a workaround for this?
My one zap is set to trigger when the order status changes in Woocommerce. I changed one from ON HOLD to PROCESSING. Nothing happens hours later even though supposedly it’s supposed to be instant (that’s what the zap say anyway) or at least ever 15 min (I’m on the $19.99/mos Starter Plan). What am I not understanding about how this works? I changed the status but nothing happens. Is there some other trick I am supposed to know?
So I am trying to to a Zap in which new comments made on a trello card generate a task in todoist. I can get it to show in todoist as a task, but a generic task with no info about the card. what I want is the action that appears in the text on the trello card to appear as the title or comments in the todoist task. Is that possible?
Hello. Could someone explain me how to use nested promises in testAuth method? I have multy-tenant site and have to verify if there are same users in different tenants by email. It is my first z.request in auth method. Then inside .then block of first promise I want to use returned data to login specific user. Zapier instead of returning result of nested promise to auth URL returns me parent result of promise that checks users email in tenant. Is it possible to have multiple nested API calls in Auth section of Zap?
Is there anyway to do this, without using paths, because I don’t want to have to recreate and duplicate all the steps beyond this point. Over simplifying here: App 1 has 3 fields, A, B, C App 2 has 1 field D Field D is filled with the contents of A or B or C depending on certain conditions. Sort of like a spreadsheet equation. =if(A=apple, then D=Apple) & if(B=Banana, then D=Banana) & if (C=coconut, then D=Coconut) I don’t want to use a filter because I want it to continue no matter what, even if A was blank Thanks!
When my google slide presentation is generated, the custom fields are not being populated correctly. My Airtable formula populates it with a ‘.’ if the field is empty, however this is not happening as you can see in the attachment. I know the Google Doc zap has the ‘remove’ feature, but that doesn’t work (instead it replaces the custom field with the word ‘remove’?) . The Google Slides zap doesn’t have this feature at all? This is why i am resorting to populating empty fields with a fullstop.
Right now I have it setup so if a patient clicks my google ad and takes an online screener (google form) it sends them an email to schedule a telemedicine visit. it’s a calendly link and when they schedule it writes it to my google calendar. I want to automatically send an email to my secretary if the patient does not schedule. TIA
