I have a zap that based on a Zoho CRM lead update with a filter that a specific field needs to have a certain value to send out a text message. However, I am always getting 2 records into Zapier and then of course it sends out to text message. My flowTrigger: Update Module Entry for LeadsFilter Field SMA Day 0 15 min = 15 minsSend SMS It appears that zoho sends 2 records for the SMA Day 0 15 mins being updated and for the last activity filed being updated as they are sent at the exact some time. Is there a way to tell zapier to only send one of the records through the process?
Hi,I create a daily agenda Google Doc every day using a template and I’d like to automate that. I see a few previous discussions adjacent to what I’m trying to figure out, yet not quite what I’m looking for.I’ve set up a Zap that will take messages posted to a public channel in Slack and create Jira Software Cloud issues from them. If somebody replies to that main channel message, however, I do NOT want that threaded reply to trigger the Zap.Any ideas about how to make this work? (I see are a few fields that might be relevant, yet I’m not sure how to interpret them. For example, there’s a field called Thread Ts Time, yet it doesn’t seem to be about whether a message is a main channel message or a threaded reply.)
Hello, I’m a marketer who recently signed up for a free Zapier account to help connect a webinar solution to our Hubspot platform in order to using HS landing pages and register folks to the webinar system. It’s all working great but the question is - is there a difference between a Zap and a task? Under the free account listing, on the pricing and plans page, it’s say 50 tasks per month, but 5 Zaps, so I’m just not sure what account I should be using when I probably need no more than 10 active zaps a month maximum. Hi folks,sorry for opening a new request, but I guess it is not very smart to combine two questions in one post.I would like to tell Zapier to update informations on Trello cards (in the card name and/or description) as soon as something has changed in a Google Contact (e.g. card name is the name of the contact, card description contains phone number, e-mail address etc. - if I correct the spelling of the name or add another number, I would like Zapier to edit those informations on the Trello card instead of duplicating the whole card).I have tried to work with paths and designed one path for a new contact (=create a card, filter: "update time doesn't exist") and one for an edited contact (=update card, “update time does exist”). Unfortunately I am struggeling to set up the right action. I chose the correct board, left the list value empty (cause I want to update every card on any list as soon as there have been changes) and at the point where I have to pick a card to update, I struggl
When I go to the page for Lead Score by Zapier, https://zapier.com/apps/lead-information/integrations I noticed that the “learn more” link is just a link to madkudu.com, which is a separate B2B lead analytics service. Is this an error, or is Lead Score by Zapier just Madkudu being rebranded?The reason this is important is that there’s a pretty big difference between B2B lead scoring and B2C lead scoring. As far as I know, Madkudu is heavily focused on B2B, and “Lead Score by Zapier” does not seem to mention this nuance or provide details on how it retrieves information on a lead.
Hi,I’m new to Zapier and taking my first steps. I would like to connect my Google Contacts with Trello and perform a certain action: a new contact is supposed to create a new card in Trello, which is pretty easy. BUT: I use labels in Google Contacts like “Business”, “Friends”, “Family” and I would like Zapier to sort those labeled contacts into the equally named lists on Trello (I do NOT want to label the Trello card!). Another problem is, that I would like to UPDATE the Trello card when the according Google Contact has been changed instead of creating a completely new card. Is it possible to merge those actions into one zap? I couldn’t figure out how to do that. Could you please help me on those two topics?Thanks a lot!Atg
Hey everyone,Total Zapier newbie here so apologies if this has already been answered (I’ve checked!).I sell training through Stripe and have 3 courses listed in my Stripe account as digital products. I’d like to use Zapier to trigger a confirmation email with a link to the course to be sent from Gmail when a specific course has been purchased (this is a temporary fix while we move to a video host which handles all of this) .It looks like I can trigger based on a new invoice which doesn’t differentiate between the courses. I’d like to send a different email depending on which of the 3 courses has been purchased. Anyone know if that’s possible?Thanks a mill in advance :DD.
When you create a new zap with Hubspot as the trigger, you go through the regular process but there is an issue with the UI. The first of two issues is this: The image above is self-explanatory.The second issue is when you click on the additional properties to retrieve box, and start searching, you can only input a single character in the search before the search box freezes and does not allow you to input any further characters.

I would like to have a lead created in Dynamics 365 CRM when someone schedules an appointment in Calendly. I have added questions in Calendly that when answered would correspond to specific fields in my lead form in Dynamics 365 CRM. I started to connect SF with one of our zaps. I started to add Account lookup (or create if not found) That provied the same error yesterday, but then magically started working after I got an email from Zapier support Now I added that for Contact & Opportunity and both result in the same error It does not matter if I use the account lookup ID or just hardcode any account, the same error comes up So I cannot create either of those objects, regardless of whether I use actual or fake dummy data I already checked that we only have 5 connected apps for this login under OAuth applications, and beyon this have no idea what it could be No issue creating any object in SF UI directly
I need to link skilljar and Accredible, as I would like to send a certificate when my users complete courses. However, I want to only send it for certain courses in Skilljar, not all courses.Is there a way to limit the link so that it is only on specific courses in skilljar? Hi everyone, I am trying to make a Zap that creates an order in Shopify from Google Sheets, but when I choose the Fulfillment Status “None of the line items in the order have been fulfilled” the system throws me the following error: On the other hand I would like to know if it’s possible to create an order with multiple items and how can I do that. I created a Zap to transfer emails that I tag in gmail to a base in airtable. it works great, except if there are 3 emails in a conversation, the zap creates 3 separate lines on airtable when I add the tag. How can I set up the zap so that it only creates one line entry per conversation when I add the tag?
I am using a row lookup so I can update a specific row. The looup actually finds/retrieves the row just fine. It’s when I go to update the row based on the Row ID it falls apart.There is NO ID field that shows up for me to select. There are two Row fields that show up in the same list which is weird too.Why is the ID field not showing up for me to select so I can update the row I just looked up?

Dear you all,I love what Zapier can do, but this I Cann't work out. Through youcanbook.me people make an appointment with me. I made a Zap so that when somebody makes a new appointment a 'google presentation is made . It extracts some data, so that the presentation is actually an invoice. The presentation is saved in google drive with the persons name and date the appointment takes place. Once the date has arrived, I have to manually go to google drive, download the presentation as a pdf. I then automated the next task with Hazel: since the pdf is saved in a specific folder a new email is opened in mail (Mac) . I have to fill in the email address from the recipient and voila, they get a pdf with a personalised invoice.What I would love te have happen is that once a booking has ended automatically this email with invoice is send to the recipient. As far as I can see there is no way to do this from within Youcanbook.me. They do have a possibility to send an automated email after a bookin
