Question

OneNote to Notion integration not working after successful test run

Hello, I'm trying to connect my OneNote to my Notion.

My goal is that when I create a new page in OneNote, it should create a new database in Notion. When I run the test, everything works fine, and it successfully creates a database.

However, when I later create a new page in OneNote, it doesn't get created in Notion. When I check the Run history in Zapier, it's empty. I'm having trouble understanding what's not working.

Do you have any insights? Thank you very much.

Hi @MarionBa
Good question.

The OneNote Zap trigger is scheduled, meaning it can take from 1-15 minutes to fire, depending on your Zap plan.

Check your Zap Runs for activity: https://zapier.com/app/history/

Hi @MarionBa! 👋

Are you still having issues with the Zap not triggering, or is it now triggering after 1-15 mins a new note is added?

Let us know if you’re still getting stuck here!
