First off, please excuse my ignorance, I must be missing something. I need to setup a zap from outlook to coda every time an email related to specific conversation is received or sent. I have a table in coda listing all my active sales opportunities. Each opportunity has a “Contact” column, and a column showing “Last Communication”. I need a zap where the trigger is an email (sent or received) in outlook, and the action is to create/update a table cell in the “Last Communication” column based on the contact. How can I filter which email triggers the action? I only want the emails from a specific list, do I have to keep adding them to the zapier filter manually? or is there a way to get zapier to reference a table or list. Thanks
Has anyone found a way to have a thread in slack create a new row in sheets with the thread message as the words? I have a zap set up so a formatted message in a private channel triggers a new row. I have also set it up to have the thread reply trigger a new row, but the new row triggered by the thread only says the text of the original message. I’d like the thread to trigger a new row with the thread reply message. the trigger message the trigger outcome Thread reply (the second trigger) second outcome (original message is inserted again)I’d like for A2 to say “test pt 2”
My zaps have been working fine to add new contacts to our Benchmark Email contact lists from Podio CRM until today. I am getting the error message: you have exceeded your API limits for adding contacts Please check your API field and try again. Can anyone help me with this?
HiI saw this being discussed a year ago and it was mentioned that it will replay only failed steps. In our case the server returned a parse error so it’s definitely not “success”, is there a way to tag them as failed or something so we can replay them? I cannot resend the info through FB to zapier. If this still doesn’t exist, then it would be great if it can be added asap, I’m sure we’re not the only ones with these “successful” false positives.Thank you
Hi all,I’ve set up a zap to add Gumroad customers to my Revue mailing list. The email transfers properly, but the custom required fields of First Name and Last Name won’t update in Revue and are just left blank. It’s programmed correctly on Zapier with the fields linked and showing data from the test sale. Any thoughts?! Thanks,BC
Hello. I am using the Webflow platform and have a page that needs to load a form generated from a client’s API. I ran this by Webflow Support, they suggested that Zapier could help with this. Is this possible to do with Zapier? If it is, I don’t really know where to start or how to go about it so some guidance from somebody that knows how to go about it would be really appreciated.CheersGrant
Hi there,One of my client reported, he is getting errors on Zapier when importing data from Maropost to Wicked reports. He is connecting Maropost to Wicked Reports with the help of Zapier integration. When he is pushing contacts from Maropost to Wicked reports, he is getting an error : Required Filed: “ContactID is missing”.Check Below shared screenshot:- https://zappy.zapier.com/671f2ffc46a05dea7abbb4ca52d69571.pngIn wicked reports, there is one mandatory field "contact ID" that needs to be mapped while integrating. We are able to map successfully, however, when we are pushing a contact from Maropost's list to Wicked report with Zapier, we kept getting errors. Contact ID is missing and zap is getting failed. Hi, I am working for a non profit org where they want to integrate the donations received via PayPal into Salesforce. I was able to create zap to integrate the information from google sheets into Salesforce without much issues. However, I am not sure how to test PayPal integration. My zap has several paths depending on the info received from PayPal and the info that is available in Salesforce. FYI, I only have restricted access to Salesforce and I have asked my manager to update the IPN hook provided by Zapier into PayPal and he did do that. However, when a transaction came in PayPal, the info was not found in Salesforce. When I looked at the Zap history, I see that the data from PayPal is shown as “Missing Data”. So, I am not sure what is coming from PayPal. Is there a way to test the Zap with test PayPal transactions? Can someone help? Thanks,Bala.
Hi All,We are currently running an Email campaign where the leads from Woodpecker.io should automatically land into Apptivo CRM portal through Zapier. But the issue is we don’t see an Apptivo CRM application on the Zapier website. Here is the screenshot of the issue. Hi everyoneI use Xero as my quote tool. When a job’s quote gets accepted by the client, I want Zoho CRM to update the status of the job.Currently there is a Reference Number on the Quote (eg. JDP-1001) that is the same as the Job Number in the CRM Deals module.I know you can use filters to get individual records... what I need is a 2-way filter that matches the Reference Number on the Quote (in the trigger) against the Job Number in the CRM (in the action) and updates the CRM to let the CRM user know the quote is accepted.This doesnt seem to be possible with the current architecture....

All my zaps work great, i ask for city and country data to move to a spreadsheet, all is good but the City field includes the word “city” when pulling content. The country and city zap are designed identical and the word “Country “ is not pulled yet city does HELP HELP HELP
I use zapier to track tips for my fleet of drivers since my logistics software doesnt support it for some reason. The drivers name can only come in as some very long code that I have to translate. I made a new sheet with a simple table that connects the Driver ID and the human readable name. =iferror(vlookup('Data Ingestion'!A2,'Driver Keys'!$A$2:$B$45,2,false),"")The “A2” value should go up to A3 and A4 and so on…When zapier enters a new row, every single one of my formulas “AX” value gets bumped out of place. So A2 that is trying to refer to the corresponding A2 on another sheet now refers to A3.My theory is that since zapier enters a new row instead of filling the next row, it tricks google sheets into adding one to everything every time a new row is entered.Whos bright idea at Zapier was it to enter data like this? You cannot refer to data entered by zapier in a formula because of this. Makes the entire thing useless
Hi all, I have a specific process I am trying to create a solution for. We are currently creating a zap for Keap max classic. What we would like to do is apply a tag to contacts after they are refunded for a specific product. Currently, we can apply a tag based on refunds but can't determine which product it was for. We are using the Keap Max Classic New Payments trigger. Then we are filtering so Pay Type = Refunds. We would also love to filter by product ID. This would allow the Zap to only continue for a specific product ID which we could then setup automation for. Do you know if there is a way to pull in the product ID for the Keap Max Classic Payment trigger? I think that would accomplish everything we're trying to do. Thanks so much!
I have an app that automatically sends google reviews to my clients. We’ve had to make some edits the zap which at first I did not realize paused the Zap.Is there a way for me to get an email anytime the zap is paused. Like “reminder, your Google Review Zap is not running. Would you like to turn it on?”
I have an attorney friend who is wanting to deliver an encrypted email to those who complete an online acknowledgement and request specific instructions. My initial thought was to use a wordpress form tool, maybe Jotform - and the first part of the action is the user acknowledges in the form after reading a specific warning - then they enter their information, then the 2nd part of the action would need to fire up an encrypted email template that contains these specific instructions and send back to that user. Trying to automate this and needs it to be encrypted. His Outlook is set up for encrypted emails, you can select that button and send encrypted.Thank you for any suggestions.
