Hi there, I am running a campaign using mailchimp but limited by what I can do due to their restrictions on automations. I would like to send set emails on specific days for a specific tag on mailchimp. I am not able to do that on Mailchimp so want to use Zapier to send the emails. New subscribers tagged in Mailchimp - Zapier sends automatic welcome email - on x date the next email is sent - on y date the third email is sent etc. If a new subscriber joins after the specific date trigger for emails two and three, they still get the welcome email followed by the new email scheduled to go out. Based on the ZAP - Create Xero invoices for new Stripe invoicesTrying to understand what field to use in Stripe to create an invoice in Xero that follows the discount % being originally offered. For example, an invoice gets issued in Stripe for $200 less 10%, resulting in invoice of $180. When the Zap runs, an invoice is created in Xero, but the total amount shown is $200, not $180. I do not know what field I should be using. The discount originated in Stripe under product/coupon.
I’ve successfully created zaps from basecamp to Google tasks before but this one is not working. The Shipstation step to create the order in autopilot says successful but in the two most recent runs it creates the order with a status of "cancelled" and an order date in the past. I cannot find any evidence of this order in Shipstation either. I have included pictures of how the Zap is set up and a screenshot of the output of the shipstation order creation step. I have also included a previous run (Selection_055.png) that worked correctly with the exact same set up. I did not change anything but now this step is acting up.
I´m using the Zoom/Gmail zap to send recordings to people when a recording is ready, but I need to send these recording to different mailing lists. I was thinking to use the recording´s topic to do so, but apparently you can´t use this parameter (recoridng´s topic) in the zap. Any suggestions?

Hi Folks- I created a form in Airtable, within a table, within a base.I have successfully set up a zap to create a new record in Airtable within the table, and am now setting up my second zap to respond to the form submission.When a form submission is received, I’d like that record to be updated with all the field data.As instructed on the error message, I added a "Last Modified Time" type column, but it’s not showing up as a selection, and I’m stuck. Any ideas on what to do from here? Thanks.
I am new to zapier set up the account a few days ago, still on 14 day trial.I set up a zap from wufoo form builder to google sheets. When i test the zap it works fine but when i go to turn on the zap i am getting this error Error turning Zap on: The app returned "Payment Required.". I am not sure how to fix this or what they mean by payment required. There is no payments connected to the wufoo form. Any help here would be appreciated! Thanks
Here is the zap I am trying to createTrigger when any spreadsheet row (Google Sheets) is updated If the cell in column G is over 100% (this cell is a simple (=f13/d13) formula in the spreadsheet itself)… Send Channel message in Slack I have tried EVERYTHING but I cannot get the trigger to work because the row that is being updated is Row 13 which has a formula in it so when I try to do a test trigger it will not pull the data from ANY row with a formula….but every row I need data from has a formula in it. So pretty much this trigger only works with rows that are irrelevant but none of the other triggers make any sense….Someone please help! How can I get zapier to read any data within the rows that have formulas so I can trigger this thing?
Hello, I am looking to create an invoice on Xero when a trigger is set, to create an invoice in Xero.com using information that is on the Monday.com board, Can’t seem to find specific board items. In Monday.com we have all the information needed to create the invoice for accounting. EX . In Column Text1 there is who the invoice is for and so on and so forth. For some reason no columns are showing up.
I created a flow so when a ticket is opened in Zendesk a task is created in a ClickUp list, I would like when I move the task between the list statuses that the status is changed within Zendesk, for example when I move the task to "done" in ClickUp, the status is changed to "resolved" in Zendesk. I've tried it in every way but I couldn't find a way to link tickets via a unique ID. It may be necessary to perform a search through a query, but I couldn't do it, I need help.

I would like to create this workflow: when I add a new photograph to Flickr, it should get added to Tumblr.I have successfully set up the Zap, but there appears to be two Flickr API data entities missing:Flickr posts have two text areas: ‘Title’ and ‘Description’. It seems Zap is only making ‘Description’ available, but called ‘Title’. I would like to refer to both ‘Title’ and ‘Description’. Hi,I’m using Zapier Webhook, here I have the action with the PUT request which returns 409 http status code in one of the cases.Currently Zap apps Stops and display the error message for the particular Action step.Now I want to send mail mail through Zapier if http status code is 409.
