I have a Zap that takes files from an Airtable database and uploads to ChatGPT:

 

 

I want to add those files to the Assistant, so that as more files come into airtable (or email, or whatever) then go into the Assistant. 

 

Is it possible to do this from Zapier?

 

I can see how to associate a file with a Conversation, but not with the Assistant.

Good question.

When you have a Conversation with Assistant there are fields for:

  • New Files
  • Existing Files

 

@Troy Tessalone is correct here. I’ve provided an example Zap screenshot and some labeling of each of the fields of the Zap if it helps.
