Sorry to hear of the troubles in downgrading your account. Troy is correct, for any billing/account related issues you’ll need to reach out to our Billing and Accounts department. You do that using the contact form here - please make sure to select the Accounts, pricing and billing option so your message gets routed through to them directly:
I do know that they are experiencing some higher volumes of requests at the minute so they may be a little slower to respond then they usually are, but they will be in touch! In the meantime, I’d recommend reviewing our Change or cancel your Zapier plan guide as it has information on how to change your plan as well as details of what happens when you downgrade from a paid plan.
