How to transfer Cost Centers from Simpro to Monday.com Boards using Zapier?

I’m trying to generate a Zap to automatically create items in a board on Monday.com every time there is a new Project Job created on Simpro, but I haven’t been able to get Cost Centers information transferred to the boards. For us this is key, as we are planning to generate automations and linked tasks from the Cost Centres.

Is it possible to transfer the information in the Cost Centers List to a board in Monday.com?

If I’m creating an item per job, could the Cost Centers transfer as subitems or to columns?

I’m jumping in to see if I can help!

Currently, obtaining the Cost Center List isn't available. My suggestion is to contact our Support Team so they can submit a feature request for you or you can directly approach Simpro, as they are responsible for maintaining and updating their app on Zapier.

However, a potential workaround for this could be using Simpro's API for listing the Cost Center which can be found here: https://developer.simprogroup.com/apidoc/?page=9b945efebb006547a94415eadaa12921#operation/45f7d7f4767de4368c59a1873bf67360. Using Webhooks by Zapier could achieve this, but bear in mind that the Webhooks feature is quite advanced, leading to limited support from our end. It isn’t because we are unwilling but due to the varying nature of APIs and the unique requests, it can sometimes be challenging to determine the causes of errors or malfunctions. For added help in setting up Webhooks by Zapier, we have certified Zapier Experts who can assist you: https://zapier.com/experts.
