Hootsuite error: “Attachment has an unsupported mime type error” when posting images to monday.com board.
I’m hitting an issue with posting a graphic from Monday.com to Hootsuite and getting the “Attachment has an unsupported mime type error”. I’ve tried to get the image out multiple ways but I thought I had cracked it when I got an actual png link from Monday.com. The URL is https://mindfulbirthing.monday.com/protected_static/12729604/resources/572177696/IG_%20mbcptt%20scholarship.png. I can see that in the URL it says protect_static so that’s probably the issue. Can anyone give me a clue how I get an image from Monday.com into Hootsuite via Zapier please? I just want to post image (originally created in Canva) into Hootsuite. I’ve tried to Google Drive, from Canva and from Monday.com. I know I’m doing something dumb - please help as I’m starting to lose my mind!
Why isn’t my Zap adding a new Discord messages to my Google Tasks?
This is my first time using Zapier, i would like to make it so that i can add a task to a team member on discord and it would add it to his google tasks.What i tried doing is, opening a channel for each team member, and then say i want to assign him a task, i go in his channel and write “Complete xxx Draft”, it adds that to his tasks( see here: https://zapier.com/shared/aeb86872d8467da66c7b947499e14046fe0f4217)Now it does not work, sometimes it “Works”, but it does not. I send a new message and it adds the first one to my tasks again instead of adding the new one… how do i make this work
Teamleader error: Failed to create a deal in Teamleader Focus The app returned "customer.id invalid uuid"
Long story short, I wanted to connect a google sheets row to Teamleader (CRM package). I wanted Teamleader to create a deal whenever the status in google sheets of a row changes. The problem is that the Teamleader step always returns: Failed to create a deal in Teamleader FocusThe app returned "customer.id invalid uuid".Customer support of Teamleader did not really help. I am not sure this is because hardly anyone uses this zapier zap and therefore it does not work or that is really a problem from my side. Does anybody here know how I could solve the issue? I was already seriously contemplating changing the CRM package and wanted to give it a last go. If I could make the zap work then I might consider not changing. The problem with changing is that we use the CRM to bill the clients. The rest of the features of Teamleader are not used because of the high input necessity (double / triple entry of data) and the fact that it is very hard to create a “template” flow to make sure each contr
Kajabi error: Failed to create a submission in Kajabi. Required field "Email" (email) is missing.
Here’s what I’m trying to do: a member joins my facebook group and types their email, as a response to question 3 which collects contact info upon accepting them into group, GroupKit (a chrome extension) updates a google sheets with a new row containing name and other info (including question 3 answer, their email) that triggers a zap which SHOULD create a new form - which is the lead magnet - and add that name+email to my contacts list automatically as soon as i approve within facebookthe problem is this: when I test the zap I get the error: Failed to create a submission in KajabiRequired field "Email" (email) is missing. the email field within the google sheet is actually called “Q3” because when they type their email, it’s the answer to the third question in the fb group. i dont want to break anything by renaming rows in the spreadsheet that zapier is using. so not sure how to fix this?
Connecting A New Payment In Stripe To Create Or Update Purchase In Convertkit, and the product name is not coming through in description unless I manually put it in under the payment
I have spoken to Stripe and no solution to this, I have spoken to Convertkit and no solution, I am waiting for a response to an email from Zapier.I am wanting to get the information about my product, (and not required but product id) price and customer from Stripe into Convertkit via Zapier, as doing it direct between Stripe and Convertkit only shows a Stripe Purchase, not the actual product that was purchased.I have tried many things, but the only time I can get the actual product name in the Description under actions for Stripe in the Zapier Zap, is if I go to Stripe after a payment has been made, and manually enter the product name in, in Stripe.Zapier is not picking up the product information from the product page, and the payment page in Stripe is not showing the product name, yet again unless it is manually put in there.Does anyone have any suggestions as to how I can get the product name, Product id, price and the customer to move from Stripe To Convertkit.Thank you
ClickUp won't map dynamic data for Update Task action

I have tested the zap for published post on my WordPress to push to Facebook page as a status update with an excerpt, and this works perfectly (as a test)however, when I actually create a new post, the zap does not trigger period may I know what could have gone wrong?
New "Pushed Message" zap not locating trigger step
Split from Push to Zapier Slack trigger - not showing the modal to push a messageISSUE: I have connected slack to my zapier and I have added zapier to the Slack channels. When I create a new “Pushed Message” zap, it is not finding the trigger. I have tried private and public channels, both my and my colleagues Slack accounts, disconnected and reconnected the accounts, turned the zap on and off, deleted and retried-- NOTHING WORKS! It is showing a connection with the Slack account but it is not recognizing a trigger when I try to test.I have reached out to Slack and they told me it’s Zapier’s problem so PLEASE HELP. Active Campaign not triggering zap to register people to easywebinar
I have a zap that has worked before and when I test it works but for some reason isn’t running properly now. Active campaign tag is added, should be firing a registration to an easy webinar event and an add to simple texting. Neither zap is working. I also tried running a similar zap to a google sheet just to check if it was something else but still nothing. Has anyone seen this issue before where the action that’s supposed to be triggering isn’t triggering at all? I’m assuming it’s an active campaign issue but I’m not sure how data is captured. is active campaign actively pushing the data or is zapier fetching the data? Any way to troubleshoot this? I have a sales campaign that starts on sunday and need this to work ASAP. EEK
"Invalid currency code error" with Square's New Order trigger
I’ve previously built zaps with Square with no issue, but now when I build one with the “New Order” event I get the error: Failed to fetch an order from SquareError while retrieving: Invalid currency codes : UNKNOWN_CURRENCY I disconnected the app from my account and re-added it, but no luck. Has anyone else experienced this?

Why do apostrophes turn gibberish in my wordpress x fb page zap?

I’ve checked blog post content and it all looks ok. I use elementor with wordpress. Is there something I’m missing please? TIA!

App: Send Offline Conversion in Google Ads (3.2.0)Event: Send Offline ConversionSomewhat often, I will encounter the “SoftTimeLimitExceeded: Task time limit of 180s exceeded” error in Zapier. I have set up a Zapier Manager zap to turn the Zap back on if this error causes it to turn off but it would be better if this issue could be resolved. Any ideas? Also, I have run into a “The app did not respond in-time. It may or may not have completed successfully.” error as well with this flow.

Couldn't find a new employee in Hibob when testing the Trigger

Airtable error: None is not type ‘integer’ Failed validating ‘type’ in schema
I have had a zap run error out due to a failed “Find Record in Airtable” step. When I try to test the relevant step in the draft I get this odd error message that I have never seen before. I have tested my Airtable account’s connection within Zapier which returned a successful result so the issue doesn’t seem to be there. I have also run a test with the Airtable API for searching the exact same record as the failed zap and that has also worked fine. Wondering if anybody would be able to shed a light on what this issue is and whether it may just be a temporary error. It may be worth noting that I have had a successful run since this error.
Looping and Paths no longer available in Sub-Zaps?
Earlier this year, we created a sub-zap with looping and paths. It’s a very important step for us that we re-create for many of our customers on their own Zapier accounts. It appears that looping and paths are no longer options within a sub-zap though?? I thought I had found a clever work around - when I googled “subzaps and looping”, I found a zapier page that allowed me to click a link and create a subzap with looping. The same for “subzaps and paths”. But I can’t seem to add both in one sub-zap.Has anyone found a work around? Am I missing something? Is there a clever way to share the existing one that we’ve already created if I can’t create one from scratch? Thank you so much.PS. This is for an integration between VistaSuite and QuickBooks.
Jotform to Excel - too many leading blank rows
I am successfully adding new rows to an Excel spreadsheet for each new Jotform submission…. each field maps over just fine. The trouble I’m having is that each submission on the Excel spreadsheet skips roughly 10 rows before it writes the next record. So I have an entry on row 3...then on row 13...23...etc. How can I have Excel just go to the next row without any blanks? Is that something with Jotform? Zapier? Excel? I don’t know where to start debugging that.
Salesforce from sandbox to production doesn't work
Hi,We building a Zap that every time an outbound message has created in Salesforcewe send a message in Teams.It worked perfectly fine on sandbox but when we moved it to production (both on Zapier and Salesforce) it didn't work and we didn't manage to get a test account. (used the same flow)Any suggestions?
