Question

Unable to set the project in Jira to Odoo in my Zap, and tasks stay private.

i configured a ZAP to get issue from Jira and add it to ODOO ERP Tasks but i couldn’t change the project it is always empty so when i get task in Odoo it is private and no one can see it unless change the project to the desired on.

 

any help regarding this.?

Before we dig deeper into this, would you mind sharing a detailed screenshot of how your Zap is configured? Please send a screenshot of the “Action” section of your action step that show all of its fields. Like so:
