Error testing connection - KingSumo

When I try to connect to KingSumo, Zapier continuously gives me a ‘Error testing connection.’ error. I’ve completely deleted the connection from both sides and confirmed that I’m able to create the connection on my free account. What’s missing. 

Just trying to add my giveaway subscribers to my Zagomail account.

You may need to reach out to KingSumo Support for help with their Zap app integration.

Hmm. Thanks. They’ve said it wasn’t on their end, that’s where I went first.
