Parser account goes to a "404 error page "

Parser account is not accessible!  When I go to parser.zapier.com/, to create a new Trigger Mail box, it delivers a 404 error page. Please see the following screen captures and let me know how I can solve this issue.  Thank you     Please help.

QuickBooks Online error: Duplicate Name Exists Error: The name supplied already exists

Sending a contact through the Zapier step, “Find Customer in QuickBooks Online,” creates the following error:“Duplicate Name Exists Error: The name supplied already exists.”See first screenshot.The Zap is up to create a new contact IF no contact is found based on the contact’s email. See next screenshot.​Why this issue? There can be tons of contacts with the same name, and it shouldn’t be any issue.I found at least 1 related but closed topic from 3 years ago, which seems to describe more or less the same issue. Can this be fixed? And if so, how?

Zoom "New Meeting" trigger is not triggering.

We have several zaps that use the zoom new meeting trigger (the only reason we use zapier).This worked fine until this week and now appears to have stopped entirely. It is not triggering at all.Is anyone else experiencing this? Is it a known problem and is there a workaround?Very grateful for any assistance, this is mission critical for us!

Facebook Groups app is asking me to connect to pages to unlock permissions

i am an admin on the company’s facebook group and am trying to set up a zap that sends a slack notification when a new post is added to the group discussion. When connecting to the facebook group account I can connect to the group successfully, however the next step asks me to connect to a page (see image below). When I click next, the only option I have available is to post content into the group, everything else is greyed out unless I go back and add a page. Is this the only permission available for groups specifically? Because it doesn’t seem to support the trigger, New Post: Triggers when a new status is added to a group's feed.

Once Microsoft To Do is completed I want to complete the same in Google Task

For context, I already have this zap properly set up:  I create a task from my gmail in Google Task and this zaps over to make a duplicate task in Microsoft To Do (MTD).  (I use MTD for my main task management needs).  This works fine. Since I use MTD as my main manager, when I complete my task in MTD I want a zap to automatically delete the originating/duplicate task in Google Task.  I looked through and saw a similar post though it was the other way around.  Here is what I tried but it keeps giving me a “failed to find task” error.  Trigger: Completed task in Microsoft To Do (Zapier tests and finds a completed task,  Success!).Action 1: Find task in Google Task (see exhibit A below).  I map the ID from MTD into the title field.(Result: error, failed to find.  See Exhibit B below)Action 2:  Update task in Google Task, mark status to complete, and I’m mapping the same ID in the title.  This is also an error, but I think that’s expected since there is an error in the step prior.What am

GPT Zapier Plugin Issues: Email Action Loading Forever and No Trigger Events Available

Hello Zapier Community,I am experiencing some issues with the GPT Zapier plugin, and I am hoping someone can provide some guidance or assistance in resolving them. Here's a summary of the problems I'm encountering: I have set up the Gmail: Send Email action with the GPT Zapier plugin. However, whenever I try to send an email using ChatGPT, the plugin just keeps loading indefinitely and never actually sends the email. When attempting to create a new Zap with ChatGPT as the trigger, I noticed that there are no events available for me to select from the list. Testing step does not find sample, despite sample data being available

Hi All, I have made a Zap, it works fine. When I attempt to reproduce the zap to make a zap template, I can do so, but when doing the testing step for the Formatter tool, I get “Sample not found ()” and the circle indicator spins forever:  Its a simple split formatter, taking the first item from a csv list.Anyone got any tips about where I might be going wrong?

How do I connect Persons and Deals in Pipedrive from a trigger

Your help would be greatly appeciated.I have a contacts name, email, and company name coming in to a survey tool called ScoreApp. I’m using their submission as a trigger in zapier to create a Deal in my CRM software; Pipedrive.The ‘Deal’ gets created. The ‘Person’ gets created. But no matter what I try to change, the ‘Person’ will not automatically sync/connect with the ‘Deal’ in Pipedrive.I’ve tried using the Person section in the Deal to call from both the first name and the email but neither is making the connection.What am I doing wrong?

EngageBay Marketing error: The app returned `{"message":"Whoops! Something went wrong. Please try again!"} error 400

I am suddenly experiencing issues with several of my zaps that were working yesterday.The error is affecting 11 zaps, all ones that connect CognitoForms to EngageBay Marketing. I tested my EngageBay connection as well as my CognitoForms connection, and both are working.I keep receiving this error message:Failed to create a contact in EngageBay MarketingThe app returned `{"message":"Whoops! Something went wrong. Please try again!"} What happened: Executing creates.new_update_contact.operation.perform with bundle {"message":"Whoops! Something went wrong. Please try again!"} Console logs: ` as error, which we cannot read.The sidebar is throwing a 400 error. The troubleshooting tips are saying there may be a required field missing (there isn’t), or that my fields are mapped incorrectly by type (they aren’t–unless something changed overnight that I’m unaware of).Any advice?

I am trying to set up a zap to post my blog articles to social media when a new blog is published. I have done it two other times for other websites no problem, but can’t seem to get it to fetch a new post. There are plenty of blog posts in there, and I even published a brand new one so it had something new to fetch. Please help.

Issue with inviting users to Slack channel via Zappier

I am trying to do the following:1/ Create slack channel based with name issue key & summary (Done)2/ Invite "assigned designer", "creator" and "reporter" of the particular request to slack channel - screenshot 1 Issue: "Reporter" and "Creator" have email IDs however the "Assigned designer" just have display name (custom field 28530 - Martyna in screenshot) 3/ Invite the users in step 2/ to the created channel in step 1/ - screenshot 2Issue: On test run, it says - "channel does not exist" however it does probably I am already a part of that channel & I don’t have designers ID to test run this so cant figure out really - why it says so NOTE: Data has been extracted via Jira webhook by using “Webhooks by Zappier” & using  “Issue data (automation format)” instead of “Custom data” on Jira as “Custom data” was not working for me.

Zapier Connector to Odoo Crm Error: XML-RPC fault: The operation cannot be completed: Contacts require a name Console logs:

Error: XML-RPC fault: The operation cannot be completed: Contacts require a name Console logs: Created a Zap to Odoo CRM Using fields Contact Name Opportunity, Email and Phone.  This Zap worked perfectly when first setup and now errors out. Odoo shows no entries in their log to pin point cause.FB fields Full Name USed For Opportunity & Contact. Email for Email and PhoneNumber  for Phone

pdffiller not triggering

Hi, I’m new to using pdffiller to trigger zaps but it looks like it could really work in my workflow. However I’m having trouble setting it up (to trigger new record creation in my database, Ninox). I have created one document in pdf filler set it as a template and provided a share link. I’ve created a Zap which triggers when “New Filled Form in pdfFiller” and I’m expecting when that shared document is filled in by a user, that the trigger will run. It *does* run when I edit the Zap and look for a new record manually and test the trigger, but it never (and I mean never) runs automatically. Any ideas what I might be doing wrong here? Thanks!

Error code: The app returned "The route oauth/refresh could not be found.".

How do I fix “The app returned "The route oauth/refresh could not be found."?I have a free version of Zapier and need to get the zaps working again. I currently have one from Squarespace to Zapier for newsletter sign ups that zaps over to MailerLite email. I turned the zaps off and tried to turn them back on again, but now get the error message for both zaps when I try to turn them back on.I now have re-established the connection to MailerLite from Zapier and yet I get the error message for both zaps when I try to turn them back on. I am 100% outside of my comfort zone with how all of this works. I would appreciate a visual step by step guide to fix this ASAP. I am a small, starting up business and getting people on my mailing list is number one crucial.Thanks.

Image aspect ratio error when posting to Instagram from WordPress.

Hi,In the attached issue you can see that I am receiving an image aspect ration error when posting to Instagram for Business.  My flow is creating a post in instagram when a new post is published in Wordpress.  I need Zapier to change the image aspect ratio as part of the flow. It is not manageable for me to make changes manually each time this happens.  Is this possible in Zapier?  It would need to check the aspect ratio each time and change if required.

Trying to duplicate working Zap and getting “Error duplicating Zap” error

Copy new Google Drive files to Dropbox Zap doesn't trigger

The Zap I created to backup my Google Drive to Dropbox doesn’t trigger. New Form Squarespace - Salesforce Lead. Test Working but not Triggering.

Have been successfully connecting Zaps from Squarespace to Salesforce on 3 web lead forms for approx 1 year. The other day, they all broke. Have worked to fix one, by reconnecting Squaresapce and resetting triggers.  Having trouble with the second and third, all tests are working however tasks not showing up in History meaning it’s not triggering. I have even started a completely fresh Zap with all the same inputs and it seems to work but then when turned on I get nothing through my Salesforce.  Need help with other troubleshooting options for the trigger end of the zap.

Push trigger custom input (in Chrome extension) not visible when testing (or running) newly loaded push

Hi All,The custom field in the Chrome trigger extension is not being found when trying to load Test trigger data. The zap has been published and has worked in the past. It broke while I was making adjustments to the sheet where Zapier uses the pushed input field to find the row (the Job ID). I have loaded new pushes but it only finds the example data as shown in the screenshot below.The only other change that feels relevant is that I combined an existing email with a new email in my google account. So the email I signed up to zapier with is now different (but linked by Google) to the chrome account email.Any help would be awesome :)

Stripe failing to create a price from an existing product.

Hi guys,My purpose is to simultaneously create a product and its accompanying price in Stripe from a table in Airtable.I created a zap as follows:Trigger → Airtable: Create product in Stripe when new or updated record in Airtable Action → Stripe: Create product in Stripe Action → Stripe: Create price in StripeWith a “New” or “Updated” record Trigger Event in Airtable, Stripe does a “Create Product” event.  The Name for the Setup Action in Stripe is a combination of 2 fields in my Airtable: {pac_name} and {package_type} and I’ve added a bunch of my own metadata including {package_price}, {currency}, etc.When I do the Test Action, a record is sent to Stripe and the name is correct and all metadata is there - no problems here.The third Action is “Create price in Stripe” and this is where the issue is. When I click Test Action, is returns “Failed to create product: No such product: ‘<product.’.I have references the product in the Setup Action with the following discrete things with no l

No errors but Zap isn't triggering for new leads in Facebook Lead Ads

Problem: No errors but Zap isn't triggering for new leads in Facebook Lead Ads. New leads are coming in through ads, but the leads are not being transferred to Zaps. Permissions are all approved and integrations are connected. Reviewed + confirmed the following permissions using Facebook Lead Ads (for Business Admins) integration on Zapier. - Manage Pages- Manage Ad Account- Leads Access- The page is part of a Business Manager account.- I am an admin or manager of the Facebook Business Manager account I’m connecting.- I have Admin or Manager permissions for the page and ad account I am trying to connect.I checked if CRM access for Zapier is properly set using the Facebook Lead Ads testing tool. The tool is reporting a 103 error - CRM access has been revoked from Lead Access Manager but I reset the Facebook Leads Access CRM permissions and it appears to be connected.
