Failed to create a create lead/opportunity in Odoo ERP Self Hosted

Hey,I would like to create an integration with Odoo (Self Hosted: Community 17.0).Base URL: (for example) https://erp.masociete.frThe connection works but I only have the Database option available (see screenshot).By selecting the right database, I do not have access to the other necessary fields and during the test I get the error “Failed to create a create lead/opportunity in Odoo ERP Self Hosted” (see capture of screen).Thank you,

Upload Employee File in BambooHR from Zinc - finding the employee

Hi I’m trying to link Zinc to BambooHR and have the candidate file from Zinc pull through to their profile on BambooHR. The link would be for the Zinc name to match with the BambooHR name. However (see screenshot) it looks like it’s trying to connect it to a specific employee profile which doesn’t seem particularly useful. If I select custom, I tried pulling through the Zinc first name and Zinc last name to to find the relevant employee but it won’t pick up their profile from this. Any ideas?

I'm unable to see my tickets' status or responses

I opened a support ticket, and I have received an email asking me to rate my experience with Zapier Support. However, I didn't receive any notification or response whatsoever regarding the status of my ticket.Additionally, it seems that there's no way to access my ticket history from my account, so I’m completely blind here.

Hello,I send myself the completed form from Google Ads via GMail to the customer's inbox. Unfortunately, only the fixed fields from Google (first name, surname and email) are included in the dispatch email. But not the questions about arrival and departure. Where could the error lie?

Cannot remove "Zapier for Gmail" add-on and can't seem to find proper solution

Greetings, dear Zapier community, Since I have been absolutely frustrated playing around with removing a small Add-On, being referred to Zapier Support by asking Google support, and vice versa by reading community posts thoroughly, I felt I need to ask ultimately to make sure whether the community experts are able to help me and probably others out to fix the issue, or this is just wasting my time since nobody might know how to remove the unnecessary add-on whilst developing and monetizing it.Therefore, I would be undoubtedly appreciative to those who could offer a REAL solution except referring to unsolved threads. To specify, I used to be a Google One user (probably this might help regarding the perks it brings), but since I have moved to iOS I found it unnecessary for the time being to pay two cloud subscriptions. The time I was Google One user, I downloaded Zapier to give t a try, which I never actually have. Although it might be a great concept, I just haven’t noticed its usage in

Zapier cant find new changed report in BambooHR

I am trying to setup a zap that watches a BambooHR report and sends new entries as cards over to Trello. I already have one zap working with this exact setup, now just trying to do it again. However when I add a new API key, create the report in BambooHR with people/data loaded in, add in the report number, Zap comes back saying that it cant find a changed report. Has anyone run into this? I have tried deleting the report, adding a new one, making a new API key, and nothing!

MyCase trigger is showing old sample data during testing.

Hi, I’m having some trouble connecting Mycase's database to Zapier. I'm trying to set up a simple automation: whenever a new lead gets added in Mycase, Mailchimp should send them a welcome email. But during the Zap test, the database shows info from 2021! Even if I add a new lead, it doesn't seem to show up in the test.Is it normal to see examples from years ago? I don't want to mess up the Zap configuration, so I'd love to test it with my own email to see if the welcome email arrives automatically, but I'm not sure how to do that.

Hello community,I would like to create a Zap and query several subreddits for new hot posts.Now I'm at the "Trigger" field and want to add more than one subreddit there. I want to query r/mtg, r/PokemonTCG, r/yugioh.My input in the field was:mtg, PokemonTCG, yugiohNow I get the error:" Unable to pull postsPlease reload the page. If the issue persists, troubleshoot errors or contact Support.Error code: Error while retrieving: The app returned `{"message":"That subreddit does not appear to exist."} What happened: Executing triggers.hot.operation.perform with bundle {"message":"That subreddit does not appear to exist."} Console logs: ` as error, which we cannot read."Is my project even possible with the free subscription? Some Incorrect Paths are being selected

The process is that a user signs up for a retreat in Gravity forms. Each month has a retreat, so the user selects the retreat they are interested in. The submission of the gravity form triggers the Zap.  Now I have two Zaps as I am using paths and you can only have 10 paths per Zap. So Zap 1 has January - OctoberZap 2 has November and December. I signed up for an April date in Gravity forms which triggers the Zap, Zap 1 runs and picks the correct path - and the correct tag gets applied in Infusionsoft.Where it goes wrong is instead of Zap 2 being ran and no action, it selects November as a match then applies the November tag.  The results is clearly incorrect. Trying to trigger Zap from Jotform submission with specific field value

I have a Jotform where users provide information about a project, and I’m using a Zap to post that information to a WordPress site. This works just fine.However, users have the option to authorize (or not) the public release of this information. I would like the Zap to only trigger for submissions where the user has indicated their authorization. When I go to configure the trigger, I can only seem to designate the Jotform itself. The Zap doesn’t seem to be able to see any of the actual fields. Am I missing something?

Error in MailerLite unknown

I received an email from zapier saying I have an error from a google sheet to mailerlite (newsletter signup). But when I clicked on the link in the email to zapier, it shows me the zap but doesn’t say what is wrong or what I need to do to correct the error.I’m not a programmer, so I have no idea what to look for.Thanks for any support you can give (the chatbot was not helpful).m

My Zap is creating blank multiple select field option

i have a zap with a Find Record step in Airtable. the step is set up to create the record if one is not found. for creating the record, i have text in a multi-select field that corresponds to one of the multi-select field options. however, when the zap actually creates the record, it adds both that option as well as a new blank option. i have double checked to make sure i don't have spaces before or after the option i entered. any ideas about how to prevent this from happening? thanks!! Spreadsheet updates not pulling into test records

I’m creating a signup sheet with timeslots for people to enter in their emails. The idea is for the zap to find the event if it exists and update and if not, create the event. I have 3 columns with headers. When I update the 3rd column with my email to start testing, Zapier isn’t pulling in any of these as test records. It’s only registering updates to the other columns. What do I need to do to change this?Col A is Group, Col B is Time - both of these stay static. Col C is Resource.

I am using zendesk to send a comment to an existing salesforce case. I have the zendesk and the salesforce is external.This is how the steps are designednew inbound email in email by zapier I configured in zendesk to send an e-mail with the last public comment of a ticket to an inbox and with the words “commentend” to understand when the comment is finished Text in formatter by zapier The first line of the e-mail is the Salesforce ID (that’s what the customer care person writes) - I split it to be able to then find a record Text in formatter by zapier Remove whitespace from the step 2 so that there are no problems with the ID Text in formatter by zapier Get the text between the salesforce ID and the comment end so that it can be the body of my comment Find a record on salesforce I am searching for salesforce ID and use the field on step 3 Create record on salesforce Object - comment of a case with the text from step 4 All the emails are going well and I can replicate steps 1,2,3 a

Zap creates duplicate tasks in Motion.io and struggles to remove labels in Gmail.

I am experiencing two issues in what should be a simple zap.I have a automation setup to create a task in motion whenever I label an email. Once the task is created, the final step is to remove the label from the email.Issue 1: If there is a thread of emails, when a label is added, it is added to every email in the thread and when the action triggers, the same task is created x the number of emails in the thread.Issue 2: I’m having issues getting the labels removed consistently. I think the issue is related to if there’s more than one email in the thread, or even if I sent the last email in the thread.If anyone can assist, or has experiencing getting these sort of issues ironed out please let me know.I’m also looking for someone I can work with on some more complex zaps for my business and clients. Recommendations appreciated.

BST British Summer Time and Scheduled Triggers

Hello,In the UK the clocks went an hour forward at the weekend. I have my timezone correctly set in my account (GMT + 1) but I can see my scheduled zap is triggering an hour later than it should now… IE, the schedule is set to trigger at 0345hrs, but the run history shows it is instead running at 0445hrs… Surely, this is something that’s been considered before?

Google Drive error: The app returned "File not found"

This post has been edited by a moderator to remove personal information. Please remember that this is a public forum and to remove any sensitive information prior to posting.I am trying to upload images to Google Drive when our Project Manager updates daily Logs on JobTread. I have built out the zap to take the file uploaded to JobTread, filter for it being a “daily log” file. I then “Find a Folder” in Google drive, finally “Upload File” My tests are successful up until the last step. I am able to get the file from JobTread, filter, Find a Folder, but I am not able to then upload the file to that folder. I am using the “Title” from the Find a Folder step, but it is returning an error saying “File Not Found” Through these tests I have seen the file uploaded to My Drive, but it is not uploading to the correct Shared Drive Folder.

Asana error: The app returned "enum_value: Not a recognized ID

Hello, I have a Zap setup with Calendly and Asana to create a new task in Asana. When I create a new Invitee in Calendly it creates a new task in Asana. It pulls in all updated information from the newly created Invitee except for any dropdown or radio buttons. I have these custom fields set up in Asana accordingly.  The task does get created in Asana but it pulls the same data in the dropdown or radio button from the test record data. I would like to pull data from the newly created Invitee instead. I have my trigger for the Calendly Zap set to "Organization" and I tried using the "Custom" selection on the drop-down or radio button field it returns an error and the test or new Calendly Invitee task does not get created in Asana when I use the custom field. I have attached some screenshots. Any help would be appreciated.

Surveymonkey error - "{"status": "notsent", "isscheduled": false, "subject": "(survey title)"

Hi there! I had set up a simple zap that would automatically send an email from Surveymonkey after a trigger in Salesforce. It was working *completely fine* until I went and used HTML to format the body of the email, and now the zap is returning the following error and only scheduling drafts to be sent out, rather than just sending the actual survey email. Help would be much appreciated!Error parsing response. We got: "{"status": "not_sent", "is_scheduled": false, "subject": "(survey title)"Wondering if this is just a quirk if you use custom HTML in the email body field in zapier? Or likewise in SurveyMonkey?

HubSpot Updated Deal Stage sent to Trello Card with Checklist

I am working to create a zap that will send a specific updated deal stage in HubSpot to a new card on my Trello board with a checklist. In Zapier, when I am creating the Zap, I see the dropdowns for Checklist Name and Checklist Items. When I look in those dropdowns, I am seeing HubSpot deal information instead of the Trello information. Anyone have any pointers on how to get these two dropdowns to load my Trello information?

Email to Motion: Wrong output from Zap

I have a customized zap that creates a task in Motion calendar from an email. One of the possible “variables” in the action tab of the app is to set the Deadline Type which can take one of the following values “HARD”, “SOFT”, “NONE”. The output of the zap for this variable is always “SOFT” no matter if a choose “HARD” or “NONE” from the predetermined items or if I use a custom text from the trigger data.How can this be fixed? Inputs using customized text for variable Deadline Type Output from test, no matter what I choose, it always comes out as SOFT for the variable Deadline Type

Paypro sales not showing up in Zapier

Right now I am trying to set up a connection between Paypro and Activecampaign. Paypro is a payment provider and it has a trigger for a new sale event. In my paypro account I have multiple sales, but when I test my connection in zapier I get a message that I have to create a new sale. I already tested my zapier connection to my paypro account and I am using the right Autorization token. Still i get the same message. Does anybody know what the problem might be and how to fix this? Would be of great help. Thanks in advance
