I am currently facing an issue where I'm unable to receive the OTP required for WhatsApp notifications. I have also tried Zapier's suggested workaround of sending a pre-typed message from my WhatsApp account, but the problem still persists. Has anyone found a solution? Any guidance would be appreciated!

Before we dig deeper into this, could you please let me know the country code of the WhatsApp number you’re trying to connect to Zapier?

Hi! We’re using the Indian country code (I.e +91)

I did some digging into this, and it seems like +91 country codes are having issues receiving the pin. Our team is aware of the issue and is working on a fix. I've added your email address as another affected user. That does a few things:

  • Bring this to the attention of the integration developers
  • Help track and prioritize fixes
  • Allows us to notify you via email if/when this is fixed

Unfortunately, I do not have an ETA, but I’ve added you to the list of users affected by this issue so we can let you know as soon as we have any updates.
