SmartDialog error: Zapier could not connect to your account. server_error

I was trying to connect SmartDialog app to zapier (we recently started with them), but when I try to connect, after credentials I get “Oh, foo. Zapier could not connect to your account. server_error”

I used the same credentials to sign in and they work, so for some reason I cannot connect this app.
Any solutions?

Welcome to the Community! 🎉

I did some digging into this, and it seems like SmartDialog requires that the user need enable "OAuth" in the account. It can be enabled by an administrator.

Could you please confirm if you have enabled this settings?

I'll be keeping an eye out for your response!
