 I am trying to integrate a Google Form with Wordpress.

Here's the form: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1o1JTj8FW3GwaFU0v9kBRoIgFmJq8PFG3S5PLAsuSDUU/edit

and here's the wordpress site:

https://swipefile.video/

 

I want to be able to fill out the form and it to come up on the homepage of Wordpress, but currently it doesn't let me bring in a featured image or add any categories.

 

I hope this is enough information, I’m new to this so appreciate any feedback.
