I am trying to create a zap to add a record to spreadsheet in my OneDrive. I am able to successfully connect to both Device Magic and my OneDrive account. I am however not able to go past that step. Storage Source is locked to OneDrive. (Attachment-1) But I am unable to set the root folder and spreadsheet. When I go to folder, it defaults to Custom. (Attachment-2) Selecting folder is giving a search window but not listing the folders (Attachment-4). Expanding the list on Custom is listing all the columns received in the test (Attachment-3). I am lost on this and need help getting past this step.
I’m trying to figure out how to set up a connection between 123FormBuilder and Follow Up Boss (FUB) so that when a person completes a questionnaire on my site, it creates a contact on FUB, adds the information to their profile, and triggers an action plan on FUB. Anyone have experience setting up this sort of Zap?

Hi, I’m trying to complete a workflow, and I’m not sure if this is possible with the help of Zapier.I’m trying to create a “confirm order code” to continue. There needs to be a few steps; Customer scans QR code that they receive either on a physical voucher or email Opens up an “Onboarding Form” on Jotform URL within the QR code I need to look up the order code on a “Database of Sales” (Google Sheets), if the code matches, continue If it doesn’t match, error code shows I then need the form to look up the completed entries of the “Onboarding Form” (Google Sheets) to check that the code hasn’t been claimed already If it can’t find the code, continue, if it does, error code shows If the code matches and the code hasn’t been claimed, I’d then like the “Onboarding Form” to be pre-filled using the entry from the “Database of Sales” which I know how to do with shortening of the URL with Zapier Is this possible? Open to suggestion of other apps if there is something I’m missing!
Sad to see that after 2 years, no apparent progress has been made on this: The “Google Drive - Add File Sharing Preference” action still does not allow setting permissions for specific users.Can’t do an API call using “Custom Request in Webhooks” either because it only supports basic auth, but Google Drive requires OAuth.Why has nothing been done to address this in 2 years?Does anyone know of a workaround that isn’t a nightmare to setup & maintain?
Hi, I’m trying to set up my first zap. Although it was successfully created it seems that I am not receiving new ticket from Gsheet to my Freshdesk account. The test email is not even triggered. I’m not sure if I’m using the correct domain name but i got it by going to Admin > Portals > Portal URLWhile the API Key is from the upper right where my profile icon is found. Please help.
Hi, recently I tried to create a Zap where the action was to send a survey using Survey Monkey. However, I was getting a 404 Not Found error when testing the zap. The screenshot is shown below. I believe our fields are fine or else we would get a 400 Error (not sure though).

I want to use zapier to send my slack channel messages to mattermost. I connected slack and mattermost with zapier, but it uses many to one work flow,it means any message sent to channels in slack appear in specific channel on mattermost. Is there any way to send one to one message? e.g. if I send message on slack channel with name “off-topic” it must show on corresponding “off-topic” channel on mattermost and also when I send message on slack channel with name “general”, it must be shown on corresponding “general” channel on mattermost.Secondly only text message sent from slack to mattermost, no attachment send from slack to mattermost.is there any way to transfer attachment from slack to mattermost via zapier app.I will be very thankful to you.
I’m looking for a way to automatically deliver a digital media download link when a payment has been received on Freshbooks.The link will be unique to each customer so I would need a way to save that link when I create the invoice so when the client makes the payment they receive the download link by e-mail or another convenient method.Hope someone here can help!

Hi,We have a CRM which creates a new Excel spreadsheet on the 1st day of every month into a specific directory on BOX. It’s just a list of internal company contacts on a single sheet, but the CRM doesn’t delete the previous version, it simply adds a long random string to the end of the filename, so we end up with a growing collection:Adviser_List_vlkrcjhvgnshrnl.xlsxAdviser_List_fgvbnhjdsmmh.xlsxAdviser_List_gjfngjfgybdvgd.xlsx…. and so onMy question is, how can I get Zapier to identify the newest Excel file in there, and grab a link to that file, so I can send it out to our member list on Mailchimp? I would trigger the zap to do this once a month.I have no trouble creating the email part, and I can get Zapier to read the folder, I just don’t know how to target the newest excel file?Any help would be greatly appreciated.Mike
Goal is to copy/paste a Google Sheets file between Google Directories (Action) when a new row is added to a different Google Sheet (Trigger). So, the Sheets file to be pasted is different than the Sheets file used as the trigger.However, the very first step in Action, File, does not show file names, it is blank, and the custom drops down files & cells from the trigger file (which might be the source of my problem). I want a different file, not the trigger file to be copy/pasted. I have read the “Common Problems with Google Drive” resource, which suggests that I may have created a Google file that is ‘Not Real’. Firstly, I have never heard of this term related to anything Google (Docs, Sheets, Drive), and wonder if the creator made this up for benefit of the guidance. Worse is the very limited guidance on what is and is not a real file? Hi,Thank you for taking the time to look at this. I’m very new a Zapier, so if you don’t mind please explain your answer in detail (thanks in advance). I’m selling my product on wordpress/woocommerce, and when the customer buys something, they enter their “role in relation to the purchase” (coach, parent, player, etc) in a custom field. A new custom field has been made, and I wish to “relocate” the old information into the new one. Role (old) = coach → Role (new) = coach How would you suggest to do this? Kind regards,Morten
Does anyone have a solution for filtering out emojis from First and/or Last Name fields for Facebook leads? I believe our Facebook Ads are setup where the First and Last Name fields are prefilled off of their Facebook account but I am not too sure since I don’t manage those. Regardless, I’m more or less curious to see if anyone else has or had this problem since I’m not seeing any other questions regarding Facebook and the ability to remove emojis with filters or another action.

Please remember that this is a public forum and to remove any sensitive information prior to posting.Previously, my BOX Find a File step would generate shared links, most importantly a Shared Link Download URL. This was a critical sub-step, as I’d then use that Shared Link Download URL to upload the file to Uploadcare (which fed later steps). I’m not sure what changed but the creation of this link began getting very inconsistent and has now stopped working entirely. It constantly says: shared_link: null And then my Uploadcare step fails, bc there is no link to upload (its looking for Shared Link Download URL which used to get created but no longer does). Am I missing something? Do I need to modify a config either within Zapier or Box? Thanks in advance,Ben
I have spoken to Stripe and no solution to this, I have spoken to Convertkit and no solution, I am waiting for a response to an email from Zapier.I am wanting to get the information about my product, (and not required but product id) price and customer from Stripe into Convertkit via Zapier, as doing it direct between Stripe and Convertkit only shows a Stripe Purchase, not the actual product that was purchased.I have tried many things, but the only time I can get the actual product name in the Description under actions for Stripe in the Zapier Zap, is if I go to Stripe after a payment has been made, and manually enter the product name in, in Stripe.Zapier is not picking up the product information from the product page, and the payment page in Stripe is not showing the product name, yet again unless it is manually put in there.Does anyone have any suggestions as to how I can get the product name, Product id, price and the customer to move from Stripe To Convertkit.Thank you

Hi I want to send an SMS out when a new lead appears in a Google sheet. I have this set up and it works beautifully. However, as part of the SMS message, I also want to add a short video that gets sent within this message. I have managed to do this with a jpeg image very easily by adding the image url in the Media URL field of the Twilio action. I figured all I would need to do is to replace this with a Youtube link of my video. If I do this, the text does not get sent out at all. I then tried uploading the video to my website to the same area as my image. This did not work either. I have tried mp4 and mov video files and neither work. Any help gratefully appreciated. Hello all,I am having an issue where it seems like Zapier is repeatedly changing the name of a target spreadsheet.When initially setting up the Zap it was called testing_MEMBER LIST. When I was done with the testing I changed it to just MEMBERS LIST and update the Zap. It worked fairly smoothly for a week or two and then the staff I handed it over to started complaining about intermittent issues. Eventually, she said it wasn’t working at all.I reached out to Zapier support and they “helpfully” pointed out that the Zap was pointing to testing_MEMBER LIST while the Google Sheet was called MEMBERS LIST. I was confused as I could of sworn I changed it all, but diligently update the Zap to the correct Google Sheet target, activated it and then updated the Google Sheet in such a way as to activate the Zap.I just came back to check a couple of days later and 1-2 of the rows were moved on the Google Sheet and around 11 that should have, were not. I then went back to the Zap and low-and-behold

We probably have something configured incorrectly but we’re having issues with the “Find Contact” action when integrating with hubspot. Our Zap is supposed to: Look up specific deals based on swim lane Based on a deal property, find contacts who share the same property Associate the identified contacts with the dealFor example, we offer a product with seat licenses. We have a deal with a single contact associated to it. We want to find ALL of the contacts who are part of this account (seat holders) and associate them to the deal. For the most part, everything is working. It finds the correct deals, filters the right properties, and associates them to the deal correctly. Our main issue is, it stops after finding one contact when there are at least 15-20 others that should have been associated. Are we using find contact incorrectly? Is it designed to stop after finding the first contact?
