We are trying to connect to a Squarespace form to Airtable (creating a new row with line item support), however the line items are not auto populating and then we receive this message:“Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'forEach')”We have never seen this before. When I tried to import the products from square to shopify i am facing many issues, The product category names are simply imortes as there catgory id, Product images are listed as id and the variations are not handles accordingly. Can anyone please help me out.
How do you properly pass dynamic data into the JSON body of a custom webhook?Every time I try, I get an error “We could not parse the JSON body of your request. (HINT: This likely means you aren't using your HTTP library correctly.” If I run the scenario and test the input with JSONLint, it comes back as valid JSON. If I copy the JSON without variable data into the webhook body, the action works. I have tried using a formatter step to put all of the JSON into one variable that I then pass through. That still does not work. Here’s an example, if I type this directly, then the action step works.{ "model": "gpt-3.5-turbo", "messages": [{ "role": "user", "content": "Please draft a concise email. Hi! We want Zapier to create a spreadsheet row every time an appointment is created from WooSender, and we also want to include their email, phone number, city and state to googlesheet. How can we map these information? We can’t find them when we use the trigger Appointment Created in WooSender.
I have a problem that I think is very easy to fix, but i can’t work it out. I’m adding a new Zap when someone completes a purchase in Stripe an email gets sent to a Mailerlite group, but when I get to the MailerLite step is always fails. I add in Customer Details Email as the data I want to capture but this always seems to be the error. Image attached. What am I doing wrong? I also first added my Mailerlite API when I was on the Classic version and now I’m on the new version, could the error be to do with that?Thanks

I am connecting an update in monday via zapier to post it in a SQL.Therefore, i use the update created trigger function. The information i want are in the updatetext, so an actual update created in monday. Is there any way to get the information from this update text and read the text in Zapier?
I have a customer list in SFDC (Account object) and an effectively mirrored customer list/board in Monday (a subset of accounts). I’m trying to create a directional sync such that when a specific field on any SFDC Account is updated, the corresponding field is updated for that customer record in MondayRight now I have:1) Trigger: SF Updated Field on Record 2) Action: Find record in SF (I didn’t have this one at first but it seems necessary to retrieve the new value for the field I want to sync) 3) Action: Get item by column value in MDC 4) Action: Change multiple column values in MDCTesting each Action step in sequence produces the result I’m looking for: It pulls the field value from SF (2) and updates the corresponding MDC item (3) with that field value from SF (4). Great.However, I’ve published this zap and it won’t ever seem to trigger. I’ve tried it with the trigger setting Field Updated Timestamp blank and set to Last Modified Date. No luck.. Any thoughts?
I have a working Zap which is triggered by a basic WPForm. This Triggers the creation of a Pandadoc Document using a template.The template has a pricing table. Zapier displays information about the pricing table in a form which seems to indicate that the Zap adds a line item to the pricing table, I.e Product, description, quantity etc.Although I have filled this in corrrclty using one variable obtained earlier in the Zap: Quantity(from WPForm), the sent document contains a default pricing table which does not reflect the setup in the Zap, including the variables.There’s no error message, but rather the behaviour is not what I am hoping for which is to have a pricing table that shows up based on variables from the Zap.
Hi there. I’m trying to capture the checkbox items from the Calendly entry and populate the data on my monday board. I have the item set up and other question/answer text fields populating, but I can’t figure out how to add the checkbox data.
Here the output shows separate fields (along with user, ts and type)for each text being sent in slack.My question is out of the list, how to filter out based on user id.for example if user = <user id>, format remove the matching result and output only the text sent other users in separate fields.How can I do this filter using formatter by Zapier?
I am having an issue using the openAI zap feature getting an output from the DaVinci engine that when I then take that output and try and using in a later step of a custom webhook it loses its formatting.I have tried putting in the prompt that the format needs to be a string but that is not very consistent and have also tried dumping into a google sheet with “” on each side but the formatting doesn’t work nicely everytime.In the openAI playground there is a Inject Start text and Inject restart text which solves the problem but can’t find anything like that in the zap.Does anybody have a solution or further ideas that we could try.
Hello, I’m trying to setup a Zap to insert data from Freshdesk into Pipedrive.I have my accounts linked but for some reason the data linked to the Freshdesk ticket is not showing up. I might be missing something but the requester email and requester company name are showing under the ticket but not when pulled in by the Zap. The reason I need this is to have a value to link to the Pipedrive deal to know which deal to insert the notes to. Any help is appreciated.

I am having really struggle to understand how possible and with what specific platofmr (linked to Zapier) I can send email that are sent based on dates that are always different. My app is built on bubble. I have patients that book visit appointments with doctors. I want to notify them as follow: - Booking confirmation - Day before visit - Same day visitI have tried in all the way to do it throught zapier and Klavyio but seems not possible from the doctor point of view. Do you guys know if there are other platform linked to Zapier that can help me reaching this objective? thank you

Hello everyone,I am new to Zapier and testing out it’s capability, mainly with integration to MySQL database.My goal is to upload new rows in a MySQL database based from an automated report from Appfolio that is sent to my Gmail daily, I also created a zap that downloads attachments to a google drive folder. Now, what I am trying to do is to upload this csv file from GDrive to Mysql, but on the mapping stage to mysql, it shows the google drive format and not what’s inside the csv file. Ex: my csv file contains the following columns: Unit Address, Unpaid rent, Paid rent and TenantBut the mapping is showing the following instead: Title, File, Embedded Link, Description, Alternate Link etc. Which I assume are the information of the file in GDrive and not the contents. Any help would be appreciated.

What are the fields Created and Updated in the Google Calendar flow? I would like to add a timestamp in the comment of an event to indicate when Zapier created the event. Hello guys,I am seeing this error message “You can only send an automated message to the user with a PSID of '543392374435366' within 24 hours of them having sent a message to your page.”The thing is that I am using Facebook lead ads by messenger, except for the automatic ad questions, the user also send me a message “K” after that, so there should be message between us.And these happened within 24 hours.Why am I still having this error? Hello, I am trying to automate a Zap that writes and/or appends a table in BQ when a Form is filled out. However, I’m getting an error ‘Access Denied: BigQuery BigQuery: Permission denied while getting Drive credentials.’ I’ve checked all connections and I’m logged in with the proper accounts.
