HiSo I wanted to automate the process of making a new project in Frame. I have a set folder structure that needs to be added as soon as a new project is created. The folder structure has multiple sub folders within it.I’ve tried making zaps that manually creates each folder individually, but with 20+ steps required to do this it feels a bit inefficient & slow.Is there a way to do this in one step? For example I’ve got this folder structure in a template project. Could Zapier copy the folder from that project?
I am trying to sync TypeForm responses to a Notion database. I want all entries that come from a form to automatically be assigned to a specific sales person by default. However, this sales person isn’t a workspace member but just a guest. When I try selecting from loaded results I only see workspace members, and not guests. Is it even possible to assign a task/record to a guest or do they have to be a workspace member in order to be identified by Zapier? Is there a workaround for this? Thank you!!
I have a box.com account and when something gets signed off on from a website it emails multiple files to a folder using a folder generated email address. These are all time stamped with identical times. I want it so all these files then get a folder created and all these files then moved to be inside these new folder. Can’t seem to get the move files aspect to work. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Hi,I am currently getting most of my leads from my connection with TIKTOK to my Monday CRM.Sometimes the same lead also books a meeting via my Calendly, this is not currently being captured by Monday. I want to add to the item that the lead has already booked a time with Calendly so they are not being called by multiple sales people.Im get stuck at the end where step 5 makes e pick an item ID to change. But this is something that is different all the time, not all leads book a calendly therefore will never be referring to the same item ID.I would really appreciate your help.
I’m trying to add all new google form sign ups to a google calendar event I have created. When i get to the 2nd stage of my zap, the calendar stage, I’m asked to put in ‘attendees’. Essentially, the answer should just be ‘respondent email’.. but I am prompted to but in a specific email or emails. This defeats the whole purpose of what I’m trying to do. I don’t know who will sign up. I just want the zap to automatically take whoever signs up on the form I’ve chosen on the zap, and add them to the calendar event that I’ve chosen on the zap. I know this is possible because I’ve done it in the past but i can’t seem to figure out how to do it again. Please help!!!

Is there some recommended way to handle/distinguish between unprovided data (null/undefined) and empty data (empty string) while developing custom actions?Endpoint handles not-provided data as “no not change” and provided data as “change” and empty strings are valid values. I can, of course, do it by having a boolean field next to every data field, but it feels too nasty...
Hello, I am trying to create an event in google calendar with the following data: Despite trying at least four different formats, it always schedules the event at either 9 am or 9 pm on the specified day, never at the intended time. The time zones used in GCal are correct. Tips on how to fix this? Cheers

Dear community,I extensively use Python webhooks and one common problem is that the error message contains a line number that does not match the line number when copy-pasting the code to an IDE. How can I “convert” the error line number shown by Zapier to the one in a normal text file? Does this possibly depend on dependencies?Second, I am looking for general best practices regardig using Code in Zapier steps - I find the Zapier interface very tedious for code steps as only the bottom-right part is shown. However, when writing the code in a normal IDE, I cannot use the input_data.get() function and thus its annoying to test - do you have any best practices there?Many thanks!
I’m trying to pull any information from ASANA but I’m receiving this error.
When creating a zap for the trigger "New Draft Order Shopify", no test data is loaded.I know, its a instant triger.. but also in live mode, the Zap is not triggered after a draft order has been created.This applies both to draft orders without a filter step and to draft orders with a filter step.#D28 is a old order draft, because I updated a tag for test reasons it shows up at the top in shopify.The newer ones dont show up.
"Send Outbound Email in Email by Zapier" zap indicates it was "successful", but no emails are received by recipient or cc: address. The zap was working fine for a year or so, and two-three days ago just stopped sending the zap-resulting emails.

I want to create a zap where every time a client signs a new contract in Dubsado Google Drive first of all creates a new folder with the client name on it. I have managed to set this up but I am getting lost on the second part of this step which is that I then want Zapier to add to that new folder a copy of a client template spreadsheet (google sheets). When I get to the end of setting that part up it’s asking me for the folder to add the document to but the name of this folder will change every time a new client signs up. Can anyone help?
Hi there,I'm using Google Calendar with Zapier for event management and collecting attendee info like First Name, Last Name, and Email.The problem is when the event’s name is created in this format: "EVENT NAME - (First Name Last Name)".I need Zapier to recognize "First Name" and "Last Name" as separate fields, but currently, it treats them as one.I want to use those fields in a Zapier Table.Has anyone found a solution for this?Appreciate any tips! Trying to add Funnelytics account to Zapier. Upon adding the app id + key, I get the error below. I don’t know what else to do. Please help. “authenticaion failed: The app returned “An authentication exception occurred.”.The suggested actions are: Make sure you click “Allow” or “Accept” on the permission popup I did not see a permission popup. How do i set up a Zap to add the details of a certain inspection from iAuditor and to a smartsheet?
I’m trying to generate purchase docs using data from Google sheets. The template has many pages and certain data like customer address shows up multiple times across the document. The template is set up so everywhere that the customer’s address shows up is set with a data label and they all match and are tied together. These fields are assigned to the salesperson and they are the first in order for signing so it goes to them for review before going to the customer for signing. When I manually use the template to send the docs entering data into one of the fields with the data label “Customer address” results in all the fields being filled across the entire doc set but when the docs are sent via Zapier it only fills one of the fields leaving the rest to be filled by the sales person. If the salesperson enters data into one of these fields during the signing process it does pre-fill the rest of the fields but this would force them to click on the field that was prefilled, copy the info i
When I add a due date on a Trello card I want generate a task in Less Annoying CRM I have set it up ( I Think) but I am confused when I see the result.
I try to set up the following: When a member in Mighty Network invites a new member via a referral link, automatically trigger a payment via Stripe to the referring member's account. Additionally, notify the referring member via email about the successful referral. Is there a way to do so ? Because I tried this but mighty networks dont have the right trigger (memeber Joined via Affiliate link) Do u have an Idea? I have also thought about trying the following zap:https://zapier.com/apps/affiliatly/integrations/mightynetworks.However, you then have to connect an app, which I actually want to avoid. Does anyone have any ideas or experience with affiliate links in Mighty Networks? Thanks in advance
Hello, there was an issue with my payment information and therefore my account was downgraded to the basic free plan. This caused all my 412 premium zaps to be turned off. I have updated my payment information and upgraded my plan to the pro plan with premium zaps. The issue is my 412 zaps remained off. Is there a way to automatically turn on all 412 premium feature zaps?
I’m trying to copy client product data from Zapier Tables into Google Sheets, however in the 4th step where I use the action “create multiple spreadsheet rows”, I cannot call the specific spreadsheet that matched the “Business | Brand” field name (data) and thus I cannot enter in the respective worksheet info. I’ve tried to enter in the form data value for the “Business | Brand” field in the (spreadsheet & worksheet *required) sections of the actions. I get returned an error each time. This means that for each new customer I have to reset the automation to route to the corresponding Google Sheet with that respective brand’s name. It kinda defeats the purpose of the automation. The spreadsheets are based on the same template and thus have the same worksheet title and cell headers. If you have any suggestions on how to fix this automation I would be very grateful. I’ve attached screenshots of the zap below for all to see. Thanks!
Hello,I have a strange problem with created ZAP as it is working properly while testing but generating an error when published and triggered. I need to make an action depending on the warehouse ID of the product in Baselinker catalogue. I set the “Only continue if” action to check if the property “Product warehouse ID” is equal to 45387 (this is ID of one of the warehouses). The IF action works well while testing but when I publish it I get a strange value of Product warehouse ID:{{228093062__products[]warehouse_id}} and the IF action is not executing.Can some one tell me why Zapier get correct warehouse ID of the product from the order in Baselinker in testing mode only and not when published and triggered by the real order?
