In the Zap trigger step, try reselecting these 2 fields.

I’ve tried that many times, I’m still receiving the same error. I tried rebuilding the entire zap but it’s still not working. 

It looks like there was an update recently between when I first created the zap and now because other asana zaps with deprecated trigger’s still can pull information but the new one doesn’t work. 

What am I supposed to do in this situation?

I can force this one to retrieve data^

You can try using a legacy/deprecated Asana Zap trigger.

I am also having the same issue, with this new trigger. How can I leverage this new trigger if it cannot pull down a task.

Also having the same issue here. I was trying to debug an existing zap where the legacy “new task” was not triggered, switched to the new trigger, and I can’t go any further either
