I'm trying to make Facebook messager send any messages received on Facebook to send to discord and then be able to send a discord message back to that specific dm on Facebook.
I've created a system on Zapier where I've got information from an Excel, created a script on ChatGPT and then created a video on Synthesia. But now I want to keep on and send the created video via Gmail, but I can't find the way to do so. Can someone please help me? Thanks.
I’m a Short Term Rental host, I use Lodgify as the Property Management Software.My goal with this Zapier is when a booking is create, to create Google Calendar event for the cleaner.The Zap in this lodgify article (2nd on the list) which I implemented creates an event at the time of the booking happend, not when the reservation ends. I tried to use “Create Detailed Event” instead but it doesn’t work with “booking departure”, also it makes an all day event.I need the following details to add to the eventThe event needs to go from 11 am to 4 pmIf there’s another reservation on the same day, need to add in the descriptionThe number of guests in the next reservation
I’m trying to connect Mailchimp to Monday.com, but any Zap I create, the trigger is specific to a single Mailchimp Campaign, and the action is specific to a single Monday.com item etc.Is there a way to create Zaps that are more broad? As this suggests I would have to create a new Zap every time a new email is sent which seems crazy...

Trying to create a zap to send images/files from our company flock channel to Google drive folder. It says I need to use commune. There is no info on how to set up a commune account to get the tokens. I submitted it ticket for help but they don’t even have the contact info or website to do so. If you have used commune— please help me to figure out how I can create an account please.
I am unable to acces data from my google drive in my zap, only the "Shared with me” folder is accessible, is it because of the free version that i am using or what?

Hey everybody. I want to automate the invoice process via Zapier. This seemed doable at a first glance but I'm now struggling. I have Kajabi as our course getaway and then offer Stripe and PayPal as payment options. I was able to create an invoice when a new purchase is done via Kajabi. And this is great and works for one time payments and the first payment of a subscription. In the checkout page I collect all the info I need to create the invoice (VaT number, Tax Number and usual stuff). My issue is future subscription payment. The trigger I used is based on the original purchase in Kajabi and Kajabi does not offer new transaction as a trigger in Zapier.I can try and match the info I got from the purchase to future payments (stripe should be fine but PayPal not so easy because nothing could potentially match). As a context: we cannot switch invoice tool due to Italian regulations as the invoice must be sent to the national exchange system and Xero for example does not have this featur

I have successfully integrated and tested a gmail to asana integration. When a new email comes in matching a search criteria, a task is created in Asana. I have tested this. It works. Before turning on, I get the following error message: Gmail has some additional requirementsYour Gmail data can only be sent to approved apps.Unfortunately, the app you are using is no longer supported.You'll need to edit your Zap to turn it back on. I am not seeing any updates online that Gmail no longer integrates with Asana?

I create a Wordpress article using various steps. In a single step, I also create the name of the category (e.g.: Category1). I have already created the category in Wordpress using the same spelling. Since I create different posts with different categories in the Zap, I have created all categories accordingly (e.g.: category 1, category 2, etc.). Now I create the category for the post using ChatGPT. In the Wordpress Positng I set that it should use the ChatGPT field "Cutom" > "Repley". But I get an error message.What can I do so that an existing category is selected variably?
Hi all,I’ve got two Google Sheets. A list of people with their email addresses and a ‘day’ field which is a number. A set of instructions with the top row containing the ‘day’ number as a look up from the first spreadsheet. The intention is to write an email that uses the ‘day’ field from the first spreadsheet to find the column in the second spreadsheet and then extract the data in that column to place in an email.I’ve got the scheduling and email writing part nailed, but selecting the correct column and getting the data is where I need help. When a new member signs up to my gym on a specific membership in TeamUp, I would like to create an automation which creates a new member account in Trainerize. I have managed to create the Zap, however the information it pulls seems to be of a current member and when tested, it didn't work. I have also added another step, to extract email, first and last name but am very confused. Any help would be much appreciated.
Hello all,I am in the process of setting up Zapier to automate sending legal documents via Docusign. I’ve been able to successfully use Zapier to transmit a Docusign document, update our system with the sent date, and process the signed documents when they arrive. All this is going well.I have one request. Docusign has an option for Resend. As far as I can tell, Zapier doesn’t support this function. It would be very helpful for my colleagues if this could be included in activities that can be invoked via Zapier. Please let me know if it is possible to update the Docusign link to include the Resend function. I would be happy to include screenshots upon request.Don
I am trying to get a Zap to record donations from Squarespace into Bloomerang but separate them based on the kind of donation. Specfically, one kind of donation we get is a $5 monthly membership donation while another is multiples of $10.00 for our Fight Club Books, both of them having their own fund within Bloomerang. How do I set up Zapier to recognize one kind of donation from another and therefore record it differently in Bloomerang and categorize each donation based on the dollar amount? Also, related to that, it doesn’t look like from what I can tell that Zapier can record monthly or repeated donations (such as the $5 monthly ones) into Bloomerang but just one-time donations (such as the book ones). Is this true or am I missing an option?
Hi,I have two Zaps set up:Send an email from Outlook when a NEW item is created in a SharePoint list. Send an email from Outlook when an item is UPDATED in a SharePoint list.When I create a new item in the SharePoint list, I’m getting both emails. Does a new item also trigger as an update? Hey Zapier community! I've been using Zapier to automate my workflow, particularly when it comes to drafting emails for various clients stored in a Google Sheet. Currently, I have a separate zap for each row in my Google Sheet, which means a zap for each client. While this works, it's not the most efficient setup, especially as my client list grows.Here's how my Google Sheet is structured: Each row represents a separate client email and contains the client's name, subject line, recipient, CC, and the body of the email.Now, I'm looking to optimize my workflow by consolidating all these zaps into just one. How can I achieve the same goal of drafting an email per client but utilizing only a single zap?
