I’m trying to connect Mailchimp to Monday.com, but any Zap I create, the trigger is specific to a single Mailchimp Campaign, and the action is specific to a single Monday.com item etc.

Is there a way to create Zaps that are more broad? As this suggests I would have to create a new Zap every time a new email is sent which seems crazy...

Hi @hazza049

For us to have more context, post screenshots showing how your Zap steps are outlined and configured.

Hi @Troy Tessalone thanks for your response!

For instance, the action looks like this:

The ‘Campaign’ field (as far as I can tell) is restricted to a single campaign - however that seems to suggest a Zap is required for every single email sent (in this case).

Apologies if this is an established thing I’m totally new to Zapier have only dealt with native integrations prior.

Cheers!

You would have to explore advanced options using the Mailchimp API or webhooks to make a dynamic Zap that works across campaigns.
