I’m checking from multiple Zapier Table if data exists at the same time.  I frequently get this error message: “The app did not respond in-time. It may or may not have completed successfully.” what are some best practices to make sure that the errors go away?

Hi @Santeri

Help articles for Zapier Tables that may provide guidance: https://help.zapier.com/hc/en-us/categories/13398036609933-Tables

Zapier had an incident today that may be related: https://status.zapier.com/

That may depend on your Zap step outline and Zap step configuration, which would need to see screenshots of to have more context.

Here’s the screenshot:

Another error message that I’m getting is this: An error occurred (TooManyRequestsException) when calling the Invoke operation (reached max retries: 4): Rate Exceeded.

The errors mainly went away after increasing the delay after queue.

@Santeri

If the error persists, you can try opening a ticket with the Zapier Tables team: https://eap.zapier.app
