How do I create shareable links for new Google Drive files and record them automatically in Google Sheets?

I am unable to acces data from my google drive in my zap, only the "Shared with me” folder is accessible, is it because of the free version that i am using or what?

Before we dig deeper into this, could you please elaborate on what you mean by data? Are you referring to your Folders in Google Drive?
