I’m trying to integrate GiveButter and QuickBooks via Zapier. The payment method field that I inputted didn’t transfer to the QuickBooks Online payment method field on the Sales Receipt even though everything was inputted correctly and the test transaction successfully went through (except for the payment method field).Can someone please help? Thank you in advance.

I have previously been running a zap for years - when I post on Instragram, it shares to my Google Business posts, no problem. The past few weeks, I have had an error which I have narrowed down to the Photo media link, and no idea how to solve it! I can still post the caption, but none of the photo fields work, they all create an error. Please help!

The idea is to prepare a prompt so that as soon as the form is filled out and the information is sent, ChatGPT creates a document. Once the document is created, an email is sent to the user, and they can easily download the generated document, but they would have to make a payment for the download since the creation of this document may not always happen, depending on the answers entered in the form. Is it possible to create an integration: Typeform – ChatGPT – Document Creation – Document Sending – Payment Collection?Thank you all for your attention.

Hi, I’m having problem connecting Zapier to Notoin. I’ve used this integration for years and I’ve never had this problem before. So there must be something wrong from my sida / my setup. The account I’m using is currently beeing used in 7 other Zaps. No to the problem. When I’m trying to build a new Zap, several of the Databases I’m trying to connect to doesn’t show up as an alternative. So now I need some help. The account I’m using to connect is Administrator and Workspace Owner in Notion (and as mentioned above, currently beeing used in 7 other Zaps). I’v tried to add a new Connection bu I still can’t see the Database (named: Order / Försäljning) I’m looking for. What should I do?

I have a table with the fields expiration date and email addresses.I want it to find the expiration dates every day to send an email to each record that matches the date of the day.Using Zapier loops, I found that I have 3 records with the same date, but I can’t find a way to send an email for each record with Gmail. How can I get ChatGPT to summarize an automated report from Semrush and create a draft email? I have set up automated reports in Semrush, that I receive monthly (as a PDF) in a specific inbox on Outlook. I want to get them summarized in ChatGPT, with improvements/declines and other important data. What I have done so far:Microsoft Outlook - New email  Filter by Zapier - From Email Adress Adress OpenAI - Send Prompt Microsoft Outlook - Create Draft EmailBut once I get the drafted email, it seems like ChatGPT can’t summarize the PDF and starts making up data. The model I’m using is “gpt-3.5-turbo-instruct”. I would like to use a different model, but “gpt-4o” ain’t working.

Hi!I have a jobber request form, in which clients can fill out information and then submit this form.Snippet of Jobber Request Form  Whenever a request is submitted, it will create a client and then a request on Jobber.---There’s also an option for current clients to make a request (without creating a new client), but this isnt necessarily relevant. This Jobber Request form I have, can be embedded via I-frame or a link. But, it isn’t really.. Hello!   I’ve been cranking away setting up automations with ease.  A few of them stemmed from the same Synthflow call and went into production with ease. Then I tried to use the same call mechanism to generate an email in Outlook and started getting the attached error message.  Any ideas on why this came up now? How to resolve it?  

My team has set up some great automations that adds prospects to a Pardot list when they create a record in Airtable that meets certain conditions (including signing up for our newsletter).However, we do not have a way of removing those prospects when they leave our community. I can’t find a way to do that in the standard Pardot functions (including ‘update prospect’). I’m not familiar enough with the API to do it completely manually. Is there any way to do so?My specific goal is to remove a prospect from our list if they change their membership status to ‘alumni’ or ‘inactive.’ Many thanks!

I’m sending a GET request to retrieve all invoices sent on a particular date. I’m receiving all invoices sent, ever. Help! I have a zap set up for an Instagram post to trigger a LinkedIn Company page post. However, only the caption is posting to LinkedIn, not the image that was originally posted in Instagram. I would like both the image and the caption to post *from* Instagram *to* my LinkedIn Company Page. I tried deleting the original Zap and creating a new one, but it will only let me connect to my LinkedIn personal page, not my company page. There doesn’t seem to be any support or contact, it’s all AI so I’m not able to get any help with this. Thanks!

Hello all, how do I map the trigger word to be used as text? I am using a zap to monitor one Slack channel and sending a message to a different channel when certain words or phrases are mentioned. I would like to make the trigger word bold, colored etc to make it easily identifiable, or use it as the Bot Name to act as the ‘title’ to the message. Using + or / does not offer the mention word as an option.Example: Use ‘to cancel’ to format the Text used in the zap data out message   

I’m trying to automate between Calendly and monday.com. I want to assign a salesperson in monday.com based on the user that the Calendly event was scheduled for. I can’t set up the webhook subscription scope to user but it doesn’t seem to do anything like ask me which user the automation applies to or anything. Seems pretty straightforward. Any help?

Hello everyone!I am currently experiencing an issue where every time my zap executes I get an error message for the last step “Create multiple rows” in Google Sheets. The weird thing is that when I’m in edit mode, and I test the zap, it works perfectly fine. However, when I publish it and the zap triggers, I get an error message. What I’ve done so far is deleted the entire zap and recreate it thinking that it needed to refresh due to me changing a sheet name, but it seems like it is still reading the previous sheet name.  The error message The zapPlease help :)Thanks. 

Hey @Troy Tessalone  As you seem to be a magical zapier guru I’m hoping to can assist me with a Zap. I’m currently running this Zap the identifies when a client opens and email in Brevo, it then finds that contact in Monday.com and changes the status of a column in Monday.com to “Email Opened”. However, I only want it to do this for clients who haven’t ben previously identified as a lead. In other words, if a client was identified previously as having opened the email, I don’t want the Zap to run again for them. This is the Zap:  Is there a way that I could get Zapier to only change the status column to “Email Opened” in monday.com if another column’s status, in this case “Client Stage”, is “N/A”. In other words, if that column’s status is anything else other than “N/A”, then Zapier doesn’t proceed with changing other column statuses. As in the screenshot below:  Thanks in advance! :)Andrew.
