  • How to create a contact in Folk CRM only if HubSpot contact owner is Keith using a Zapier filter?

Hi everyone, 

I want to do the following 

  1. whenever i create a contact in hubspot and certain user, i wan to be able to create a contact in Folk CRM in my Hubspot configure in zapier i added additional contact owner

  2. I added a filter step where i want to only allow contact owner: Keith, new contact to pipe it into the Folk CRM
    how do you go about it

Have you select owner id from below Hubspot Trigger Event additional properties?

Yes i have already done that in my zap

When i click to filter

 


I do not find the contact owner

Make sure to retest Zap step 1 and select a current example record that is returned.

Try searching for the value of the contact owner besides searching for “owner” to narrow the variables to select in Zap step 2.

When i test the record the additional properties didn’t retrieve
