I have Wix and not Wix answers. Trying to find a way to zap customer info to Wix, but the Wix app is always grayed out. I would appreciate any help I can get

Hi @konnect,

There are no available actions for the Wix app in Zapier that could probably why you’re seeing it greyed out. Could you please let me know what specific action your looking for in Wix?

I am using wix for crm and Shopify for product sales. When I make a sale in Shopify I would like to send customer information to wix and label them as a customer.

Also in add app section I can’t even connect to wix in zapier

You would need to use the Wix API to send data from Shopify to Wix depending on what you are trying to do in Wix.

Thanks for the clarification.

Unfortunately, there are no available action to create a customer in Wix. I would recommend reaching out to our Support Team to create a feature request on your behalf.

In the meantime, you can use the Wix API as a workaround as Troy suggested.
