Can't use data from webhook in other steps

So, I’m using a webhook to listen events from Stripe and it’s receiving parsed data. But I can’t access it from the next steps, it says that no matches were found. I need to use some of the fields as text to send a Slack message.

What could it be and how can I fix it?

Hi @Nina_MPs 

Try these:

  • Refresh the Zap
  • Retest the Zap trigger step
  • Reselect the example record from the Zap trigger step
