I’m looking for an automated way to integrate Jira with Slack Lists, so that any Jira tickets assigned to me automatically appear in my Slack list. While I currently receive notifications for new Jira tickets in Slack, I haven’t found a way to automatically populate these tickets into a Slack list without manually copying each one.

I’ve explored existing options like Jira Automation and Slack Workflow Steps for Jira, but none of them currently support this specific function.

Is there an integration, app, or workaround that can help automate adding Jira tickets directly into Slack lists? If not, are there plans for Slack to support this functionality in the future, or would it be possible to explore this as a feature request?

Hi @cchaskowithcherry

Those features would first need to be supported by the app APIs in order for those to be added as triggers/actions to the Zap app.

Often new features are not immediately available in an app’s API, thus why the Zap app integration and workarounds are not yet possible.

Try reaching out to Slack Support for more guidance on whether their API supports Lists yet.
