Hey
Just came across this and wanted to ask how you’re getting on? Is the Zap up and running again or is the Asana account connection still having some trouble despite the test being successful?
The “There was a problem with your last payment. Please have an account owner update the payment information.” notice can be caused by a number of reasons such as incorrect card details, expired payment card, being declined by the bank/card issuer etc. You can learn more about what happens when there’s a failed payment here: What happens if my payment fails? If you’ve got any questions regarding the billing for your company’s account I’d recommend having the account owner reach out to our Support team to ask them here: https://zapier.com/app/get-help. Us folks in the Community don’t have access to your account and so can’t assist on that side of things.
Keen to ensure you’re all set so please keep us updated on how things are progressing!
hi
Yay! Thanks for letting us know
maybe it was something on the asana side
A “This account is expired” type of error might occur if the password or the permissions for an app account is changed/revoked, or the authorization expires (sometimes the app might reset it). So it could well have been something like that on Asana’s end that caused the issue.
Seems like you’re all set for now but if there’s anything else we can help with please do reach back out. In the meantime, happy Zapping!
