My team is facing difficulties with managing 1:1 chats in Telegram as they are not synched with Hubspot CRM. Any workaround you may recommend to integrate Telegram chats to Hubspot Helpdesk? Thanks.

Thank you, guys, for your reply and solutions provided.

After going over the links, I’m still facing difficulties described as I’m looking to handle Telegram chats through the Hubspot Helpdesk hence I need the following:

  • forward the direct message from Telegram channel to Hubspot
  • once received, Hubspot should create a ticket correlated to the message
  • the support agent should be able to reply to the customer through Hubspot while the customer will receive a reply in his Telegram.

Let me know if you have a solution in mind.

It looks like you’re looking to trigger on Telegram messages. Is that correct? If so, the Telegram integration does not support triggering on messages. We do have an existing feature request for this one. Please let me know if you’d like to get added to the feature request.

Thanks for confirming!

I have added you to the open feature request to support the “New Message” trigger in Telegram. That does a few things:

  • Bring this to the attention of the integration developers
  • Help track interest in this feature being implemented
  • Allows us to notify you via email if this feature becomes available in the future

While I don't have an ETA on when this feature might be implemented, we will notify you via email if it is!
