Facebook lead ad form only pulling email through to Active Campaign

I’ve set up a new Zap (first one, very new to this) to pull data from a FB ad lead form into an Active Campaign automation but only the email address is coming through, no First Name, Surname or Phone.Any ideas?I’ve tried setting it up several times, always same result.Thanks, John

@Troy Tessalone  In previous posts, I saw your suggestion to use the Find or Create Record action for SalesForce to prevent creating duplicate records. However, this does not show up in my dropdown when picking an Event. I only see the Find OR Create in two separate actions. Please help!

How do I get invoice data and image of PDF from a Gmail receipt into Google Sheets?

Hi Everyone I would need some help with this automation. If you can show me how it would be done correctly that would be great.The type of workflow automation I would like to do is back office accounting. Example:Once a payment has gone through PayPal it could be either business invoice or personal purchase orders. - I would be getting a invoice to my Gmail so I can start here.- From Gmail I have a specific labels folder for my personal receipts - And I would like those receipts to all show up on a Google sheet with the name of the Vendor, Invoice Date, and the picture or pdf of the sent Invoice or some how to check the receipt from off the Google Sheet. I would like to know how to create this type of workflow that would be great. Thanks for your helpJermaine

Updated Database Trigger in Notion - to create events in Google Calendar

I made this zap to update my calendar and block time for achieving tasks.https://zapier.com/shared/f450723de856c3dde1f3306407158717d7014787 It takes a date/time duration field from Notion and uses it to create events in Calendar. I am facing issue where the zap triggers only when a new database is created and the date/time is filled before the zap is triggered.If I take a database item which is 7 days old created and then I update my date/time duration field, then the zap doesn’t trigger on it. Can someone help on the above?

How to embed a Loom video link and thumbnail into a Zap email written in HTML

Hello!I would like to embed a Loom video (with GIF Thumbnail) in an email series. Basically, I am taking the embed from Loom and adding it in my Zap but the outcome comes as large blank square:<div style="position: relative; padding-bottom: 56.25%; height: 0;"><iframe src="https://www.loom.com/embed/xxx" frameborder="0" webkitallowfullscreen mozallowfullscreen allowfullscreen style="position: absolute; top: 0; left: 0; width: 100%; height: 100%;"></iframe></div>Any sense of what I should be coding in addition?Thank you!Diane

Why is a blank white box appearing before the content of my campaign HTML?

Hi everyone,  Thank you all for helping me in my previous post about mantaining style when sending mailchimp campaigns and automating a post creation in WordPress.As for now, I am able to mantain my mailchimp campaign style in my wordpress site. The problem now is:A big white blank box/space appears before the content of the campaign, i have used the inspect tool and the box has the following content<p> == $0 <br> <br> <br> <!-- NAME: 1 COLUMN - BANDED --> <br> <meta Content-Type content="text/html; charset=UTF-8"> == $0 <br> <meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width, initial-scale=1.0> <br> <title>*|MC:SUBJECT|*</title></p>Why is this content inside my html? If i copy/paste my HTML code directly from the mailchimp campaign this problem wont happen. It only appears when automating the process with Zapier. Has anyone else faced an issue like this? What did you cam up with to solve it? Thanks

Connecting a Vimeo Team Account to Zapier

Hey Zapier,  I have a team account on Vimeo and would like to create a Zap that will watch for all new videos published by one of the members of the team and bring into an airtable. When i try to connect the Vimeo account to Zapier, it will only allow me to connect a personal account, not the team account. I tried the advanced feature to plug into the API, however that too only will let me pull in videos that I personally have uploadedAny work arounds you’ve seen? ThanksBrian

Where can I find the “Stripe Other Fees” for Subscriptions, Invoicing, etc.?

Hello!  I create a Sales Receipt in QBO for each new invoice in Stripe, and then I also create an Expense for the Stripe Transaction (credit card) fee.  This is tied to the customer and is (generally) working.  My question is where to find the “Stripe Other Fees” for Subscriptions, Invoicing, etc.  These are deducted from our payouts.  They appear to be a daily total of fees (e.g., if we have 4 payments in one day, we see one amount for that day for the .5% subscription fee).  I’m having trouble figuring out the trigger as I cannot locate a “Find Payout” or similar.  Does anyone know where I can find this? I don’t think this is tied to a customer but I could be wrong.  I’m planning to set up a generic vendor “Stripe” to captures these expenses. Any thoughts or insights would be appreciated.

Hello,While creating a zap, I tried fetching a particular board for integration But I was unable to locate my board in Zapier despite the fact that it exists on monday.com.I also tried using board ID to search for it, but got no results.Can someone please assist!Thank you.

Hi,Admittedly pretty new to Zapier but have a number of tasks I’m trying to automate. We spend a lot of time sending specific people reminders, asking them to complete a task (such as a form in Jira, or fill out a spreadsheet in Google Sheets), and then following up when that task is not complete. Several different potential Zaps we’d like to repeat until a person responds or the task is complete. I’m open to options in terms of how this actually looks - Send a message (via slack or email) Asks the person to complete a task and then respond, answer a slack poll, etc. Really open to options here for what will work Sends a reminder again (via slack or email) the next day if reply/task has not been met Repeat as neededAgain, pretty open to adjusting our processes with the main goal of looping until a response of some sort. Curious to know what’s the simplest way to implement something like this!

Importing WPForms "Additional Information" fields

Aloha. I’m setting up a Zap to copy WPForms entry data to google sheets. When I create the Zap, I see all the fields I’ve created, but there are several “Additional Information” fields that I can export from WPForms into Excel, but are not visible to select when mapping fields during Zap creation.  Here’s a list of the fields:I’m only interested in a couple of these, but don’t see any way to include them in my Zap.  How do I do this?Mahalo,Harry Z

WooCommerce Variation ID for subscriptions -- making sure zap is not sent every time a payment renews

I am using a zap to invite people to mighty networks groups and courses, based on their specific purchases in WooCommerce. The majority of products within WooCommerce are variants, so the zap is set up to run based on “Variation_ID” AND status = complete, and there are multiple OR options in a Zapier Filter to make sure that all possible payment options are included.In one case, we have a single training with:-Full payment option-Payment Plan optionI have it set up as above, but my concern is that the payment plan option will trigger the zap every month that they pay off their payment plan, as each payment plan order comes with the same Variation ID. Can I tell Zapier within the filter to skip it if the zap has already run using that Variation ID?

Hi,I have recently started working with Zapier and am really impressed so far. I am trying to set up a handful of simple bots integrating Google Sheets with Discord. I am looking to tag specific users in particular. I have seen that some users have been able to do this.When selecting the message text field, I get data suggestions for Sheets but not Discord.
