This post was split from topic:

It’s working, but I noticed the figure for the invoice is wrong by a couple of decimal points. Is there a way I can change this?

£200 on an invoice is brought into Sheets as £20000

Thanks!

Hi there @Blast Recording,

I split your previous response into a new topic since the previous issue has been resolved, and it seems like you're encountering a different problem now. I hope you don't mind!

It seems that you're experiencing an issue where numbers with decimals are not displaying correctly in Google Sheets, with commas and other formatting not appearing as expected.

To fix this, you can follow these steps:

  1. Open your Google Sheets document.
  2. Navigate to the "File" menu at the top.
  3. Click on "Spreadsheet settings" in the dropdown menu.
  4. In the settings dialog box, select a locale that matches your desired formatting. For example, if you prefer the formatting used in European countries, you can choose a European locale. If you prefer the formatting used in the United States, select the corresponding locale.
  5. Click "Save" to apply the changes.

By adjusting the spreadsheet settings to a matching locale, you should be able to resolve the issue and see the numbers with decimals displayed correctly, along with the appropriate formatting, such as commas.

Hopefully, this helps! 😊
