Ideally I’d like to take a multi checkbox answer from Survey Monkey and fill in multi checkboxes on Active Campaign.
This is what I’m seeing on each of the 3 platforms (SM, Zapier, AC). Is there a way to automate the replication of multi checkbox responses from SM to AC via Zapier?
If so, does this need to be custom text on Zapier and what would that look like? Thanks so much.

What values does SurveyMonkey supply for that “What grading would you like your next trip to be” question? Does it supply the selected options by their name or some other value?
If the option values that appear in the selected SurveyMonkey test sample differ from the IDs for the options in ActiveCampaign then you’ll likely need to use a (Formatter (Utilities > Lookup Table) action to convert the SurveyMonkey values into the correct ID for the UT Travel Grade field in ActiveCampaign. And you can see what ID value it’s expecting to receive in grey text under the name of the option:
In the screenshot above it seems that the IDs appear to match the name of the option. If SurveyMonkey sends those exact same values over then a lookup table won’t be required here and you should be able to select them directly from the SurveyMonkey trigger in the Zap.
Either way you’d need to use the Custom value option to select the relevant field containing the selected options for that question either directly from the SurveyMonkey trigger or from the Formatter action if a lookup table is required.
