How to retrieve “Meeting scheduled date” of a specific HubSpot meeting to run a SMS workflow?

Hello,I want to retrieve “Meeting scheduled date” of a specific HubSpot meeting to run a sms workflow.But HubSpot does not allow us to get that property value? Can I achieve this with Zapier? I created a custom “Meeting Scheduled Date” property in HubSpot and created a Zap to update it. Unfortunately, it doesn’t work. Here is my Zap. Please guide me through as I am very new to Zapier. Thanks a lot.

How to copy Google Sheets Rows in a Batch to Smartsheet?

Dear Community, There are two type of rows I need to copy from GSheets to Smartsheet. If the row in Gsheet contains e-mail address it should be copied immediately - I created  the zap created and works perfectly. So in Smartsheet we can use autoresponse etc. However ff the row in Gsheet does not contain e-mail address it should be moved as a batch from Gsheet to Smartsheet like once per day so all my Zapier tasks are not consumed in the first week :) - Is this possible?

How do I automate a Slack message based on "days until" due date change in Notion via Zapier?

Hi all,I’m attempting to set up an automation which sends a slack message when the “days until” (days to due date formula) on a Notion database reaches a certain number (21, 14, 7), etc.I’ve set up the Zap but it only seems to be firing if I manually amend the date to be 21 days until the due date. If I leave it so that the date automatically reaches 21 days before the due date, it doesn’t fire.Is there a way for the change of “days until” to be recognised as a database entry update, so that the Zap will fire?

I am looking for help in creating a simple Wedding Rooming List for a hotel and I already have a Google Sheet of the details when they are submitted from our website.I have already set up a Zap that creates a new Google Sheet for each response received that is then titled the event date with the template I have created for the Reception Team to use.How do I then get the rest of the data on the response row to feed into the template in the correct assigned cells? How to append a new Dropbox link to existing text in WordPress using Zapier?

So far, my Zap is the following:New File in Folder in Dropbox (done, works fine) Substitute 3 last characters of the public link so the image shows on a WordPress page (done, works fine) ----- now comes the mess.. what am I supposed to do to append this new link to an existing text?I don’t want all my page to be “updated” (which means that everything will be erased and replaced by a new text), I want it to be appended.Anyway, this feature is what will make me keep my account in Zapier or not, and get my refund.

How do I send outputs from 6 onwards to Trello card descriptions, excluding outputs 1-5 with varying output quantity?

I would like to send everything from output 6 onwards to the description field of a Trello card. Sometimes there will only be output 6 and 7. Other times there will be more outputs than 7. I think it would be best to send to Trello everything except output 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5. How could I do it?Sorry if the question is basic. Chat GPT dialogue trough Slack, how can it remember our previous talk?

I am connecting Chat GPT to our Slack trough a Zap. I have set it up to reply in a Slack-thread for an on going dialogue. My problem is that it does not remember the first message, when continuing the dialogue. It understands to keep responding in the same thread, but i seems to have forgotten what we are talking about. Example:Me “Is the earth flat?” GPT: “No its an oblate spheroid”Me: “Is it a cube?”GPT: “Please specify what is the object you are reffering to” I was thinking this is what the “Conversation ID” (Previously memory key?) is meant to be for, but i cant find anyone who actually managed to solve this. Do i need to find a way to feed it the previous conversation of that thread back in, everytime i want to continue the conversation? Providing an overview of my zap. Everything works here, it identifies what is a new message, and what is a message within a thread. It just needs to remember the previous messages within that same thread. Thank you!

My company uses Salesforce as well as publishing ads in Facebook and Instagram.We would like to be able to feed Meta with the lead status of leads originated from Meta to improve our custom audience.For example, if a Meta-generated lead is identified as an unqualified lead for our business, we would like to communicate this information to Meta so it removes the lead and similar audiences from tis custom audience. And vice-versa for a qualified lead, we want to tell Meta this lead is a good one and we want the custom audience to include more people like this qualified lead.!-->What’s the best way to do that? What are the workflows we could use?Ideally we don’t want to use another source of data (I read about ‘Lead Score by Zapier’). !-->

How do I exclude a specific attachment type in a "New Attachment" trigger in Gmail?

I have a trigger/ action set up for a gmail to gmail zap. The trigger is set to ‘New Attachment’ and the action is set to ‘Send Email’. The email I am sending needs to include the CSV attachment, but my zap is also sending a logo that comes in as an attachment too.Can I make it so the logo attachment won’t send, but the CSV will?

V4 of HubSpot’s ‘Associations’ enables the association of two objects of the same type.  See https://developers.hubspot.com/docs/api/crm/associationsContact to contact associations are one example, for which the new associationTypeId is 449.We are already using this type of association in our HubSpot records and we would like to be able to create, read and edit such associations in a Zap.Is there a way to do this already?  If not, how soon might a way become available?Thanks!
